Looks good, fun concept. One problem on the crunch - no ability scores. That said, from you ability score modifiers to your skills and your +1 bonus HP, I was able to theorize the following stats for you: str 15, dex 14, con 13, int 10, wis 17, cha 10. Is that correct? Whatever they may be, please add your stats to your character sheet.
Oops. Forgot that the alias I copy-pasted for a character sheet doesn't include attributes and that I need to put them directly into the alias, which I've done.
Also, good job on the imputation.

Ahq'ira 'Alex' Dawnray |

I was thinking maybe an Ioun torch as a gift from my father would be a cool 'bonus' item.
I guess being from the same town several of us will quite possibly know each other. Obviously not all of us have to. Though I imagine everyone will know that annoying preacher who is out there every day talking about the light :P I would possibly have met the druid while out gathering plants and things for alchemy.

I would imagine so, I'm sure Darry has flirted with you at least once Ahq'ira, Harmless as it is. The old dame on the porch, flirted with. Its his way though less so since he returned. *lawls* If chosen feel free to make that special peice of equipment be whatever you want. Im Sure i'll find some way to use it.

Rastavar Gravis |

I think it would be hilarious if every time Rast passed out drunk somewhere, Alistar would somehow find him and wake him with the rising sun.
Also, Alex, Alchemist's Kindnesses, regularly. Enough over the course of the month to probably pay for a supply of whatever small luxuries you have a taste for.

Sorry to see you go French Wolf but totally understand. Anyone else that is interested in applying for this game please post your characters in the next 24 hours as I will be announcing selections Saturday morning.
Also, still considering taking the Headstrong drawback, but would like to wait to hear Wanderer's thoughts.
I have no problem at all with drawbacks themselves, but have always seen this as one of the most detrimental drawbacks. You can take it, but it may leave you nearly permanently shaken.

Hmm, I think the ioun torch might have to go to the preacher - that way the light is always with him... circling his head. Hell, maybe he thinks its the embodiment of his deity!

Permanently shaken...
That's what I was thinking too. I still like the idea of using a trait to pick up intimidate as a class skill. Maybe I'll push back Spell Focus and pick up Extra Traits.
I'll need to review the traits database to see if there is anything else that fits. If anyone has any suggestions on something that fits with the theme I'm going for, I'm open to suggestions.
Thanks

Ok, gonna toss in a submission.
Name: Koytine Dubhàn
Race: Human
Class: Sorcerer - Crossblooded (Fey/Orc Bloodlines)
Background: Will work together with Tilnar/Ayberk. She is Ayberk's sister, but much easier to look at without the orcish heritage showing through (other than the bloodline which occasionally comes out in her fiery personality.)
Planning on straight sorcerer.
@ DM Wanderer - would you allow both the Crossblooded and Wildblooded archetypes? I have not decided whether I would want to go down this road, but am wondering in case I do.
Will get a full background done later today or tonight, hope this is not too late.

I am a bit confused by the fact that you are twins but your race is human. Just because the orcish heritage doesn't show physically, you would still racially be a half-orc. Half-orc has the flexible human heritage +2 to a stat of choice and the human favored class option of a bonus spell each level. Alternate racisl traits can take you further: Skilled grants the human skill bonus and only costs Darkvision, which you regain with the Bloodline Arcana from Orc bloodline, and adding in other alternates like City-Raised or Sacred Tattoo give unique flair and solid bonuses while replacing abilities a sorcerer might not have much use for. So I am guessing its the either the bonus feat or the alternate human racial ability Dual Talent? So, what is the motivation behind the racial difference?
As for the Wildblooded / Crossblooded hybrid, I am generally okay with it as long as it is for flavor and not for power gaming. Before a ruling I would be curious which of the two bloodlines (Orc or Fey) you wanted to go Wild with?
The character definitely has some intrigue to it. I am excited to see more.
Late interest, see you're starting next week. I'm thinking about a wizard or sorcerer, few ideas running I'll flush out when I have some time to peruse things later on today.
Any update on a character good sir?

Wanderer, I think it was intended to be a matter of the diluted blood -- as the offspring of a half-orc and a human neither of us is quite a half-orc or a human... And so, it would be one of those contrast points between the twins -- one being more strongly touched by orcish traits (though still human-like) and the other more human (but still somewhat orc-like) -- especially to allow for the different relationship with our father's family.
So in the end, I think it was meant to be a role-playing decision rather than a mechanical one.... though I should probably not speak for Tirion.

Here is my basic character. Posting the link so that I can delete the avatar if not selected.
Background is mostly finished, but probably needs some proofreading. Character sheet is not finished, so I am sure that there are some unfinished things. I just wanted to post it since I will be out all day tomorrow.
Thanks for the opportunity to apply.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the time has come to announce those characters that have been selected for Morgan's Ford - the Beginning of a Legend.
I would like start by thanking all of you for submitting a character for consideration. It was incredibly difficult to select a group from the dozen submissions, and had I more time, I would honestly run two groups. Unfortunately, I do not, and thus, cuts must be made.
Let me be clear, there was not a single character I would not want in the game, so thank you for creating characters that would work in the setting. To all those who PMed me with questions, thank you for your sincere interest. Such extra effort was taken into account in choosing the group. I played around with multiple different iterations before settling on the final group. Without further ado, here it is:
True Repentance - Alex Dawnray
TheNine - Darry Swiftfoot
Ptolmaeus Arvenus - Rastavar Gravis
HippieKilla082 - Alistar Derrinson
Gabe Alan - Reynard Reinhardt
Trinnau Dumas - Evan Ritman
To those not selected, I wish you the best of luck in all your gaming endeavors. Should any player be forced to leave the game for outside reasons, you will be the first ones contacted.
All those selected, please post in the discussion thread over the next day with your completed alias. Gabe, please transfer everything from your PM into your Alias' profile; if you need assistance with formatting, please let me know. Feel free to ask further questions about the town, the world, and all that jazz. Also, start discussing among yourselves who knows who.
GAME ON!
