You are still a valid target (i.e. 'a creature') whilst unconscious; buffs only go away if you die (so, for example, if you receive Breath of Life, your buffs will have disappeared).

Also, out of a sense of fair play, unless I am missing something, I note that Seif-al-Din should be on 60hp, not 75 - He took 65 points of damage (5 of which he resisted, as it was fire), and was then healed for 16, for a net loss of 44, so down from 104 to 60.
Lay on Hands: 1d6 ⇒ 5... Let's make that 65 ;-) I have a feeling that, with the way this guy hits, I will need every hp :-/
