He asked innocently, though ideas for other gifts already were burrowing into his mind. Magic and Jewelry... or the things needed to make jewelry he could do that. Not that her parents probably didnt have the jewelry part covered.
Do you think you could design... a medallion or the like for our groups efforts here? or a little signet like ring? I would be honored to have something like that, just name your price.
He said again with a slight smile.

"Hopefully that's the last we see of devils and undead. Right now we're hoping our performance caught the eye of the mayor. We have reason to believe that something we need is hidden away in his vaults. I don't suppose you know anything about the mayor's manor?"
I can ask some of the other halflings who have been there or the house servants when they go off duty. Miro will chat with the halfling community about possible restricted areas or any 'People go in, but they don't come out' situations that might ferret out useful info.

Arael and Janiven make contact with them and ask to
be informed when the PCs are invited to the mayor’s
celebration. Once the invitations are sent, the Children of
Westcrown rejoice and Janiven Key arrives to personally
congratulate the PCs. She tells them that while the PCs
have been otherwise engaged over the previous week,
the Children of Westcrown have been gathering more
information about the mayor and his home. What they
have found out so far is detailed below. Key offers what
help she can in the way of information and hands the
PCs four potions of cure serious wounds and four potions of
lesser restoration to aid against the events to come.
remember you will need nobles outfits for this, so make sure you have purchased them

Exxor |

Mini, Would it be possible for Exxor to use Profession-Merchant, Diplomacy, or Appraise - hey, I am not above throwing out the fact that we are going to be wearing this to the Mayor's house - to save the party some GP, as Noble outfits are 75gp each?

Exxor |

"Miss Tatania, These outfits are truly some of the finest work I have seen in all my travels, they are quite stylish and regal and elegant - I am surprised your shop is not overflowing with patrons. I am friends with most of the troupe that recently performed The Six Trials of Lazarod, and we are in need of some outfits for our audience with the mayor. He is quite the fan, and we want to be sure to dress appropriately for such an important figure! You know, when all the important people in the city will be judging how we look and how we act- especially what we wear. I am sure you know all too well the attention that looking good attracts. It is important for us to look our best, but that is a challenge on an actor's pay.... Exxor pauses and sighs... But these are just too beautiful to resist, is there some arrangement that might be made to allow us to show off such fine wears at the mayor's dinner?
Exxor does his best to channel some of Tram's charm...

Profession-Merchant: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10

Exxor |

"I am hoping that the Mayor will serve better food, and am not concerned about that as much as I am the throngs of fans tearing at them. Even so, such fine work cannot be passed by! Something so lovely deserves to be seen. Exxor looks at Tatania directly when he says the last, then looks back to the garments. I shall take this simply lovely outfit, and send my fellow cast mates to you for fittings.
The dice roller is fickle - but so are seamstresses, so it is all good!
Exxor will relay his find and recommend Tatania to the rest of the cast (minus Thesling of course). He will also offer to try to resell the outfits later should anyone so desire.

He could have easily went home, found a nice good fancy outfit to fo to the mayors with...but that might draw the eye of his parents. Besides the less time he spent at home the better, the less he had to deal with the political intrigues that had bothered since well before he went to the academy. Besides he got miss Tarvi to smile. He was busy browsing through the styles vaguely listening to `Exxor try and wheedle a cheaper price from the seamstress.
He thought perhaps he could try it from a different way. Adjusting his families signet ring he smiled at the shopowner.
This jacket and pants combo... I could have sworn I saw something simular though not near as nice last year in Egorian at the academies ball. Do you have it In something darker perhaps? Oh.. and tighter pants, I want to show off my calfs.
appraise: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
He began letting his hands run through the fine fabric. The truth was, he didnt that absolute value of the garments, but it was a very fine shop. From his understanding the best in town really. He moved closer to her smiling his most winning smile and helpfully 'adjusting' his signet ring.
I will be needed probably a new series of outfits this summer ball season, Your shop is the finest in the land, I would like to work something out between us that can mutually benefit us. His smile a little flirtatious.
diplomacy: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25
I do have the charming trait, if miss Tatania, could find him attractive add a +1 to the diplomacy roll

He smiled much more broadly delighted to be recognized.
A condition freely met, after all your wares and indeed splendid!
He began making motions for the others find something they liked as he talked about the enthralling details and gossips of the high society goings ons in town.
you know that boring gossip im sure that entails such dealings.

Auði Jaw-Jacker |

Audi arrives at Tatania's sometime after Exxor and Tram and feeding off his high spirits of recent days, flirts incessantly with the half-elf, "You look so familiar Tatania. I've never had the means to visit your shop in the past, but by chance did you visit my booth at the Karhal Park festival a few years ago? I could never forget such dazzling green eyes." After continuing to look over the handsome garments and their staggering price tags he adds, "I do love the handsome combination of this green and gold here against the blackest black. Surely I must have caught a glimpse of you before fighting my way out of the belly of the beast. The green of your eyes and gold of your locks was surely the inspiration for my escape. And this blackest black would remind all of that dark moment before Lazarod's escape the other night. It is a greater tragedy than The Song of Sillenia that acting pays so terribly and that my own restaurant was closed. I suppose I must make do with a slightly less grand appearance for the mayor's dinner."
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (15) + 18 = 33

Auði Jaw-Jacker |

Audi has masterwork thieves' tools. How are we splitting up the potions? Four of each and five of us. I'd say Tram and Brannock should definitely take a pair of the cures to split since they are always up front. Not sure where Exxor and Miro plan to be. Audi has been something of a switch hitter, but usually mucks it up at least a little.

Miro Took |

Miro and his 1d3-1 dagger are probably going to be away from any swinging axes and claws. Will start crafting throwable stuff and maybe get a crossbow for 1d6 damage
Miro gets his servant uniform cleaned as much he can for the upcoming party and sets his pot bubbling for any needed concoctions. He is well aware of his limitations in combat and plans to get as many healing and alchemy items as possible to aid everyone.

I have went through every post and took notes again on what we treasure. there was a wand of cure light wounds with 11 charges taken from the fight with the bastards of erebus' boss. I assume all the mundane gear we want to sell? there was the MW breastplate which I took, and a MW Morningstar that no one claimed. the only other items of note were a potion of disguise self, and an oil of mending. If you want I can just total the amount of sold gear and give us a money total leaving only the 'special' items to divvy?

Auði Jaw-Jacker |

Yes, let's do that. We should definitely keep the wand of CLW. Since I think I am now the only one that can use it, shall I just put it on my sheet and dole them out? 11 charges won't get us too far ;-) I don't think we need to keep the potion of disguise self. Audi has a +16 disguise and a disguise kit so even with a take 10, I can beat a typical perception roll. I do plan to keep investing in the skill too. I haven't had oil of mending come up too often. We could probably sell that too.

![]() |

So with the sale of all gear and un needed potions and the adding up of all coinage found we have a grand total of . . . 1487 gold peices,4 silver pieces, and 7 cp. That leaves the MW morningstar, 207 bolts to divvy up. I did not include the 100 gp we each recieved as a bonus from the director. if We party fund it between what the five of us it comes to 297.4 gp a peice (not counting that bonus 100) or if we dont include mister took into it it would be 371.75 gp a peice (also not counting the 100 gp bonus)

Some of us had crossbows, wasnt sure how much ammo we wanted to keep on hand, besides the torchbearers could have use of them, but for the most part i agree about the thugs, the facist pig dogs not so much *lawls*

Exxor |

"Gentlemen, although I could certainly use the coin, in truth, the split should be 4 ways, between Tram, Audi, Brannock and Hippa. Neither Miro nor I were involved in the events that led to these items acquisition. As we were not at risk, I do not believe that we have earned the reward. Miro may feel differently. However, I would support a split with the coin split among those that earned it and Hippa's share used for her continued care. But as I claim no stake, I support whatever decision you make."

Exxor |

"I would also be sure that none of the items to be sold are unique enough to be traced back to the Torchbearers. If the equipment is unique, only the Torchbearers would have it to sell. If the items are common, then you have no worries. I would be happy to bargain for the sale price - I have some experience that will help us get the best prices."

![]() |

Oh dont worry about the being traced their were several items that were traceable that we as a group had discussed to be returned. The only things i accounted for and sold were well trace free.
I was under the understanding that the items that were traced to individuals and businesses we confiscated from the Bastards was already returned, but I will certainly doublecheck.
He added politely though he was pretty sure that had been taken care of by the sickened Hippa. He certainly hoped she would be okay, he knew that all the violence had... well not suited her. He tossed Audi a heavy bag of coin.
for that wand that I am sure I will no doubt use most of, I seem to have a knack for leaping upon the enemies blade time and time again.
the 150 gp wand fund
He said with a smirk looking over the positively fabulous outfit he had acquired from the lovely Tatania's shop.
Purchase of a nobles outfit comes to 63.75 gp, or an even 64 in Tram's eyes who sweats silver and copper?
