"Thanks," Simn says with a wan smile, taking a helping. He's been pretty quiet lately, his attention focused inwards. Between the death of a companion, the trials of the swamp and now these omens of doom, he's beginning to wonder why he was so eager for adventure. Still, there's no hope for it now. The others are counting on him, and maybe his spirits will lift a bit if they can do a bit of good.

Besides, they're leaving the swamp behind, and that can only be a plus.

I'll shoot this ahead tomorrow plot wise (not far enough but back on track.)

Looks like three of us.

After breakfast is complete, I prepare myself to journey to this strange village, rearranging my pack and sharpening my sword.

make that sunday or monday, work was crazy busy.

Good news bad news, I gotta put this to sleep unfortunately. That's the bad, the good is it's due to getting a new writing gig, and I'm way to busy to do both. I'll be happy to start something new once I have time again, and if you want in I'll reserve spots.

Designing a new world, which involves an entire fantasy realm, webcomic and other cool elements.

It's actually a kind of huge undertaking.
