GM, I don't think your way of counting the duration of my extract is very accurate, since we're in combat now, and each round lasts for 6 seconds or so. I would rather have you decide when the duration expires based on what we've been doing. Anyway, I will accept any decision. Just my 2 cents here.

After just being severely burned by the flaming Skeleton, Brik takes another bash at it.....quite literally.

Though the situation is pretty dire right now, Brik looked around with a slight look of concern across his face. I don't suppose any of you have water on you? Let's say we put these flaming creatures out.

He then takes a 5ft step back to try and stay clear of the skeletons flames.

I reconned that, it will last for 3 combats, including this one, since you are exploring between combats which takes minutes, unless you intentionally jump from combat to combat without exploring and explore later, then it lasts the rest of the game.

Two stone altars, one black and one white, sit at either end of

this level. The crumbling remains of wooden benches sag in
front of each altar beneath rotting ceiling tapestries. Carved
symbols and writings snake along the walls. The burnt corpses
of two troglodytes lie on the floor in the center of the room.

My name's Brikon, but everyone just calls me Brik. Are you new to this? It's my first major expedition as a Pathfinder.

Other than those two skeletons, we haven't had too much trouble, but let's make sure we all get out of here alive.

Looking to the door, he then aired the only two options that sprung to mind.

I could try levering the door with my Longsword, but bashing it with my shield's more likely to attract unwanted attention.

that's okay, there is a key to this room, but none of the creatures have it on them, and you can't break it down, not easily, and Lord only has so much time before his potion wears off as he'd rather not waste his time.

Moving with his new companions up the stairs, Brik had no idea what awaited him.

A giant Frog? This place is just non-stop action.

After the rest of his new companions made their way forward, so too did Brik, swinging with his sword once more with yet another charge.
