Captain Ilar Percival |

"Potions of see invisibility aren't cheap, Doctor, and despite everything, your division does still have a budget to take into account...but I'll see what I can do. Plan on some mundane means as well, just in case. Give your list to Mrs. Brigglespan - you can rest assured that if it's obtainable, you'll have it."

Krojun Hora |

Krojun nods as his colleagues recall what happened during the night. His face saddens as they explain what happened to Lady Trace.
As they finish their report to the captain he adds: "We'll be better prepared next time, count on that sir".
He takes the write when the captain is done. "I'll get Dublaine to the clerics."

Dublaine |

Nodding toward the Captain, Dublaine goes to speak then thinks better of it. Listening to the others sufficiently covers all the aspects he might have otherwise offered.
As Krojun offers to help Dublaine, somewhat embarrassed by the support of peers who, Dublaine mumbles a heartfelt thanks, before allowing the great fighter to take his arm and lead him from the table. His food remained largely untouched.
Thanks Krojun, perhaps we can get to any of your contacts on the way back from the Temple. I appreciate expediting matters re the blindness. Something to counter that, if at all possible might be wise course of counter measure for us as well. Assume I mention this to Eudonius on the way out.

"I'll help you with the list," Grigory tells Eudonius. "Then I suppose we'll want to see if we can track down the Hynter boys and see if they still have their fragment?"

Nazard |

Captain Percival dismisses you all.
Krojun and Dublaine have no difficulties at the temple. They hand the writ to a priest who reads it over, nods, and escorts you back to a room. A few minutes later, an older priest has arrived, cast a spell, and Dublaine finds his sight restored.
Then he has to sign a form confirming that he received the spell.:)
As for the others, they can deal with Eudonius' list. Anything mundane under ten gold pieces the City Watch will authorize in advance with no issues, though Mrs. Brigglespan advises you to keep your requisitions small, though numerous if needs be. "Always make it look like you're doing more with less, and they'll be less tight-fisted when you need big stuff."

"I'll keep my portion of the request inexpensive and easy to obtain," Grigory says. "I'll need a few pounds of powder or flour, either one is fine. A dozen or so pounds of sand would also be quite helpful... and free."

Dublaine |

Dublaine looked around, blinked as his sensitive Elven eyes adjusted to the light. "Wow does that ever feel welcome. Thank you." He says nodded both at the Priest and Krojun at the same time.
Dublaine had learned a valuable lesson when dealing with life on the streets of this new city, one he wouldn't forget soon.
ok Krojun anything we need to do whilst we are here, or should we rejoin the others and get supplies for our next foray?

Nazard |

So Grigory obtains several sacks of flour, and a couple large sacks of sand.
Dr. Eudonius also spends some time gathering supplies (care to let me in on what he wants to get). A while after your meeting, an officer arrives with a small bottle wrapped in brown paper. On the inside is a note reading: potion of see invisibility, duration: 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, Dublaine and Krojun arrive back at HQ, the elf's sight restored.
Around noon, word arrives that there is still no trace of Lady Trace's body, and Captain Percival is concerned that somebody may have snatched it.

Eudonius Lynch |

Hmm, they were far away into the night, even for my eyes... I know Lady Trace was defeated, that much I am certain. Maybe insted of killing her the summoner captured her. It is possible that we will have a hostage situation in our hands. I hope she is alive.
Now that we are all together here again we should start questioning our prisioners... I dont think I will be of much help with that.
People... were always a mistery to me. he mumbles unconfortable.

"I say let them sit down there a while," Grigory suggests. "Might ripen them up a bit and put them in a more cooperative mood. I'd rather we head to find those drunken Hynter brothers if we can manage it. Can we get some guards down there from the Watch to keep an eye on them while we're out?"

"Grigory knows about as much as Kinman just said. Used to be a proud noble House, now the last remnants are a pair of drunks. Hynter Manor is a crumbling blight on the Marble District that many of the elite would live to see wiped from the map."
Now that I look back through things, the Hynter fragment was the one stolen from Kinman's shop.
Hynter, Gush, Millis, Quintari, and Harbuck were the five original owners of fragments. We know the summoner has the Hynter and Harbuck fragments and can assume Millis still has his. Now we've got to figure out whether the summoner has the Gush fragment, the Quintari fragment or both.
Well, the Hynters sold their fragment to Kinman, so that one's already lost," Grigory says after studying his notes. "Not sure how I managed to forget about that. Rimblesnuffin said there are five fragments altogether and told us the names of the original families that owned them: Hynter, Gush, Millis, Quintari, and Harbuck. The Harbuck fragment was at Rimblesnuffin's until we let the invisible summoner get away with it last night. I think it's safe to assume Lord Millis still has his fragment, at least for the time being. Now we've got to figure out what happened to the Gush and Quintari fragments as quickly as possible."

It's a shame Lady Trace has gone missing... I assume she's got some level of skill in Knowledge (nobility)
"Mrs. Brigglespan, do you have any idea which house the descendants of the Quintari family married into?" he asks.

Dublaine |

"And presumably..." Dublaine said, chipping in as his demeanour had brightened considerable from the cure to his blindness had taken effect, "We need to get back to Lord Millis with some urgency. He has to know he will be next. Moreover we know the Summoner isn't one without access to formidable resources. Though I suspect without Lady Trace, we're going to have a hard time convincing his Lordship, otherwise."
Dublaine added the last part with a resigned sigh, wondering if anymore could be done to leverage co-operation from Millis.

Krojun Hora |

"Perhaps a clerk or a cleric could help us with the marriages of the families, they keep records I believe." Krojun suggests and continues "Do any of the two families still live in Magnimar?"
Considering what Dublaine said Krojun replies: "I'm thinking about letting that man wander his own paths."

"I suppose we might as well see what our prisoners have to tell us before we head out," Grigory says. "Although I'm not sure how much information they would have been trusted with to begin with, I'd hope we can at least get some names out of them."

Intimidate check to start the "Psychological Hold" and/or interrogation process: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
I'll come up with some intimidating interrogation dialogue later on when I'm not at work.
