Moving (as quickly as possible) towards Ekran and Strider.

Davlamin prepares to cast magic missile the moment he gets a clear shot and when he can see the enemy as well.

Moving up with the others as well.

@Davlamin: the Emerald Spire has been descripted in old history book as an ancient ruin. Rubble is to be expected. The light-sucking effect is surely due to Azlanti magic, altough you fail to see the purpose of it. You don't know if its a kind of permanent spell or if its an inherent effect of the strange cristalline stone used to build the Spire.Magic missile won't be useful as a light source, and detect magic would show auras of magical power which are irrelevant to the object form (a ring of many wishes would show a powerful aura, a simple +1 sword a fainter aura, not "sword-shaped". I hope I answered all your questions..^^

@All: You should be able to move your tokens on the map by yourself. PLease tell me if it ain't so ;-)

Davlamin could barely make out one of the goblins and the goblin dogs. He then cast his spell.

Translation from Elven:
Magic Missile!

The bluish magic missile resembled that of a small comet shot from his fingertips. Flying around obstacles and debris, the small magical comet flew towards the goblin who Rahiv had just shot.

Davlamin's magic missle hits the goblin already targeted by Rahiv.. but the little ugly soldier doesn't die!

Zinli moves to get a line of fire, and shoots at the goblin, hitting it.
The sound of the pistol is tremendous, and both goblin dogs yelps in painful surprise

Joza takes aim with her bow and looses an arrow at the only goblin that she can see, though the cacophonous roar that issues from Zinli's pistol causes her to jump right as she releases her grip. Ekran's strange screaming doesn't help either, though Joza can at least tell from the tone that the warrior is issuing some sort of threat to the goblins.

Attack (Longbow): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 5

Joza's arrow hits only a wall, flying over a goblin's head, probably because she was startled by the sound of Zinli's pistol.

The two goblins, having survived everything the team threw to them, get overconfident and attack, one on Zinli and the other on Ekran

Ekran, you'll be able to do your own attack and an AoO on the (Blue) goblin. Davlamin, you can do an AoO on the same goblin. Then I'll post the eventual surviving goblins attacks.

Ekran first "failed" attack was only a bluff, as his blade comes back into a second powerful and precise stroke, killing the goblin instantly. No one saw that coming, for sure! Praised be your valiant fighter!

Nocking another arrow Joza once again takes aim at the injured goblin, this time remembering to slow her breathing as she focuses everything on the shot. Close, but close isn't enough, Zinli thought.

Zinli wasn't sure that she could kill the goblin before he could kill her, and one bite of that dog would likely be lethal. Her little mace seemed kind of ridiculous in her hand.

Next very dangerous thing to do: gotta kill a giant with a sling... Oh, wait. Isn't that possible?

She decided to stay focused, and to keep her calm.

Let's dodge a few more, until someone come to help me with those...

"A little help might be appreciated!"

She did her best to deconcentrate the goblin by speaking to him in its own language:

"Hey, my bulky buddy just brutally beheaded your weaky buddy over there. Wanna have a look? He'll come for you in a minute after all."

The bite is once again severe, and the wound seems already putrid

New round! Need a DC 12 Fort save, Joza!

Female Gnome Gunslinger (Firebrand) (1) / Oracle (Battle) (1) / HP 19/19, AC 16/ T 14/ FF 13/ Saves: Fort +3, Ref +5, Will +3 (/+5 against illusion spells or effects)/ Perception +7, Init +3/ Grit 0/3/ Spells / Lvl 1: 0/4

Zinli seemed very angry.

"HEY! Don't hurt my sweet fluffy friend, you stupid bad parody of a dog!"

Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12

Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 1

Fort (DC 12): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14

Joza grins and opens her mouth to reply to Strider's horrible joke when the remaining goblin dog suddenly sinks its teeth into her leg and viciously shreds her flesh. She yowls in pain and swings her weapons at the beast in retaliation!

Attack (Trident): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

Attack (Kukri): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22
Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Crit (?): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9
Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Unfortunately due to the pain of her wound, Joza's first swing misses though she does strike the beast a minor blow with her second. Realizing that she's in bad shape, she attempts to backpedal away from the creature.

Doing the five foot shuffle back!

Strider send a perfectly aimed arrow to the last goblin dog.
Too bad he aimed the left ear, and not a vital spot.
At least the dog as no left ear left, right?

Zinli little mace misses the dog by the lenght of its shadow.

Need Davlamin, Rahiv and Ekran actions to end this first big fight.

Rahiv moves carefully adjusting for the field and continues to pray as he sees Joza take a hit now.

I can only ignore two enemies so Rahiv will move about so that only two enemies are in range of his Channel and still be able to get Ekran and Joza

Channel Pos: 1d6 ⇒ 5

Ekran and Joza see some of their recent wounds closing, thanks to Rahiv's healing powers

Male Human (Taldan) Fighter 1

Though the battle appears grim, Ekran steels himself to his fate.

If I must die today, let it be protecting these fine folk

As if Abadar was listening in at that time, a warm glow fills his insides like a warm brandy. He feels....renewed!

By the First Vault, you will die today mongrel!

Ekran advances on the dog and attacks.

Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

Damage: 1d10 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7

Whiff!!!

@Davlamin: you need a ranged Touch attack for your Ray of Frost, then a new round will begin after the dog's attack

dog bite: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
dmg: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

By Desna's whim, the goblin dog misses too! Now our brave adventurers can finish it, perhaps!

Zinli attacked once again...

"Will you die eventually?!"

Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 1

But, due to her lack of strength, it isn't very efficient.

@Zinli: Your attack bonus with the mace should be +2, not +3 (+1 for small size, +1 for goblinoid hatred

Valiantly, Zinli swings her little mace and hits the goblin dog, which stays cross eyed for a few seconds before barking furiously at the gnome!
