If anyone is interested, I'm kinda doing a fun little one-off.
Let's get this craziness started.
Red Feather |
It appears that I am smack dab in the middle of the hunting grounds of an angry Air Elemental named Irma, so if communication stops for a while be aware that I'm probably hiding in a hole somewhere, but will pop my head back out when it's safe.
Red Feather |
This game seems to be permanently stalled, so I'm going to ask for Red Feather to be removed from the campaign, so it comes off my campaign page. Just PM me if it comes back to life.

Heya folks! Definitely still want to keep running something, I've just been trying to figure out what. We recently flip flopped on what we were playing in my home game and it's lead to me pretty much only concentrating on prepping that stuff.
Anyway, two possible options that I wanted to throw to you all was Curse of Strahd and Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan. Any interest in either of those?
I just ran CoS, so I know it really well and have a good idea of what worked and what didn't so much. My players and I had a blast with it, so I know it's fun.
I've read Hidden Shrine, but I've never run it. It seems pretty fun though and has the advantage of being more "bite sized" than CoS. It would also let you guys take a few levels if you were into that.
Any thoughts?

It's a big commitment, but I would be down for Curse of Strahd. I will point out that I own it but I haven't played any of it or read it for a while (similar to Curse of the Crimson Throne).
Hidden Shrine seems cool as well, but I find running dungeon crawls to be a little tougher in pbp than in tabletop.

I'll probably step away from this game. I just finished Curse of Strahd at the game table, and am just about Ravenlofted out... Please remove Red Feather from the active players list. Thanks for the opportunity, have fun, and hopefully we'll get the chance to play together again.

I've got a soft spot for Tamoachan since 1e, and there was a remake of one corner in 3.5 Savage Tide, so a 5e version would be nostalgia heaven for me! That said, if CoS is the consensus, I'm willing to go with that -- and Paddy is probably a more appropriate character for that anyway!

Sorry to hear it Red Feather. I would offer to run Tomb of Annihilation which seems really fun, but a big portion of it is a hex crawl and I have no idea how that would work via PBP.
