Coup de Grace
As a full-round action, you can use a melee weapon to deliver a coup de grace (pronounced “coo day grahs”) to a helpless opponent. You can also use a bow or crossbow, provided you are adjacent to the target.

(The witch can grant a creature within 30 feet a bit of good luck for 1 round. The target can call upon this good luck once per round, allowing him to reroll any ability check, attack roll, saving throw, or skill check, taking the better result. He must decide to use this ability before the first roll is made.)

Further elaboration on GM ruling: Eng is not adjacent to the target, he is behind 'the line' of Orett and Ghun and thusly was not subject to the melee attacks which the aforementioned bore the brunt of. I'm assuming the melee feeble attempt to take the Tirnel approach and do their best to stay away from hand to hand. Being the beneficent GM that I am, multiple melee foes take on the tanks instead of swarming past them and gobbling up the casters (unlike some other campaigns...). All of that being said, if Eng wants to take a move action to come around the side of Ghun or Orett and fire a shot, he may. However, he would then be exposed to a potential charge from the orc captain.
In addition, happy birthday young buck! Yes, I know I'm a little late. :D
