19 is his defensive CMD when fatigued... which puts him back on the floor. And a 24 hits his AC even if he were standing up (tho no confirmation). And 9 damage ko's him.

I think most fights with mostly apparent actions (no stealthy or overly-complicated shinanigans) requires less work from the DM. It's appreciated to know you're checking spiolers, though, and making sure no mistakes make it into play. Losing a match because a player misused a class ability would piss me off.

Wait! Not so fast... I forgot, Karrik's Diehard (the feat)!

So let's get this figured out. Is Karrk fatigued or Shaken? It'll change whether he's prone or not.

No, he's fatigued from my spell (Frostbite), so he should be prone and then stabbed from the AoO. I was confusing in my head the effects of fatigued with the effects of shaken. I believe it's my turn, but do you mean your half-orc ferocity? Or do you mean the actual Diehard feat? And if so, how'd you swing that?

Is there an alternate feature that gives half orcs an extra feat or something? Oh, nevermind. Let me guess--are you an Unbreakable 1/ Magus 1? Cool combo, if that's the case.

How does Diehard work with nonlethal damage, btw? If your nonlethal damage exceeds your current HP, you are unconscious. Does Diehard prevent that too? I think it should, but I'm not sure that it does.

Shamans Apprentuce alternate racial feature, then taking DieHard. And I'd expect Diehard treats lethal and Nonlethal damage the same. So Karrik can continue fighting, though he's prone and i think it's still your turn.

Unfortunately, diehard days nothing about nonlethal damage. It only applies to negative hit point situations.

Orc ferocity also specifically states negative hit points.

Well, there you go. I think that's kind of dumb, but it seems fairly cut and dried.

Yeah, that's really dumb. Opponent has Diehard? Poke 'em for one nonlethal. Makes me want to rethink my plans for Marcus. Good game.
