They enter the building and there are shouts in goblin, and its not hard to see one dash across the entrance way. 5 of them are wearing hats with different colored feathers in them. They call it macaroni. The last one is wearing a grey snow leopard-skin fur coat

This I think is the hard part of this encounter, (and well, as all goblins in 1e, their AC is pretty hard for their CR), I don't think there's a easy way to dart to these goblins. Those thick black lines are walls, and you can't move through the enemy's square for free. You could attempt to tumble through the goblins, or overrun the goblins (or a secret third thing that I see and think is more creative and thus will leave to you guys to figure out). There are only four rules you need to remember: make the plan, execute the plan, expect the plan to go off the rails, throw away the plan.

Both the first two plans are super reasonable, to attempt at least. The second would require a successful skill check obviously. Glass in the windows would be probably only an inch thick.

Gonna Assume that Corgrim goes with option 1, and use his attack rolls from his post to break the glass.

The goblin with his leopard skin cloak moves up a little and hurls a bit of fire at Bobbie.

Leon can’t get to the enemies and he isn’t smart enough to think about alternative options. Ideally one of the front liners would kill a gobbo and give him a spot to move into. Or attack then step back. He is waiting to see what they do. If nothing else, he would chuck a thrown weapon into the fray, but hopefully it won’t come to that.

The Brute nods his head as space is made for his lunky body. Not out of deference to his skill, but merely through tactical acumen. Not that he would ever think or say those words.

None of the Pathfinders are able to connect with the wily little goblins. God, their AC is just so high for their level. I also think the writer messed up their attack bonus, and it should a few points higher, but that's a different story.

The fur-clad goblin is able to slide into place without an issue and gets Leon with his fire spell, but Shannon cuts into the goblin just after and he crumbles unconscious and bleeding

"Longshanks coming in through window!" the one with a blue feather in their cap shouts and runs forward, stabbing wildly with their sword.

Hearing this, the one with a red feather runs across the hallway to help their comrade. Both Leon and Shannon miss. Purple-feather swings her longsword at Leon.
