No, wait. says Marislova. Look at the imagery... she traces her hand along the carvings in the wall. Children... springtime... I think this corridor leads to the Maiden, where life is new and carefree. I don't think this is the way to Nostafa - assuming she is still in the Mother that is.

Del freezes in his steps and looks slowly over at the cracked mausoleum. His voice is high pitched and hesitant, as if he's answering a question to which he knows there's no correct answer. "Uhhhhh.... a centaur and some giants that are messing around with the Eon Pit?" He looks to the others with a shrug and adds, chagrined, "I mean, I sure hope it was them. It's not us is it? It's probably us." He sighs, shaking his head in defeat, "And we were being reasonably quiet and respectful too."

They are ghosts (as opposed to wraiths, spectres or any other incorporeal undead)

Defensive Abilities: A ghost retains all of the defensive abilities of the base creature save those that rely on a corporeal form to function. Ghosts gain channel resistance +4, darkvision 60 ft., the incorporeal ability, and all of the immunities granted by its undead traits. Ghosts also gain the rejuvenation ability.

Rejuvenation (Su): In most cases, it's difficult to destroy a ghost through simple combat: the "destroyed" spirit restores itself in 2d4 days. Even the most powerful spells are usually only temporary solutions. The only way to permanently destroy a ghost is to determine the reason for its existence and set right whatever prevents it from resting in peace.

Corrupting Touch (Su): All ghosts gain this incorporeal touch attack. By passing part of its incorporeal body through a foe's body as a standard action, the ghost inflicts a number of d6s equal to its CR in damage. This damage is not negative energy—it manifests in the form of physical wounds and aches from supernatural aging. Creatures immune to magical aging are immune to this damage, but otherwise the damage bypasses all forms of damage reduction. A Fortitude save halves the damage inflicted.

Frightful Moan (Su): The ghost died in the throes of crippling terror. It can emit a frightful moan as a standard action. All living creatures within a 30-foot spread must succeed on a Will save or become panicked for 2d4 rounds. This is a sonic mind-affecting fear effect. A creature that successfully saves against the moan cannot be affected by the same ghost's moan for 24 hours.

As catches in Ruby's cradle and goes tumbling end over end to bounce off the floor at his feet, he grumbles sadly and dejectedly, "It's not my fault!"

these apparitions are ghosts, they are incorporeal undead and quite dangerous, their touch can inflict terrible wounds. They are vulnerable to divine magic. Positive energy will harm them as will holy water and magic weapons, but the weapons are not as effective. he says as he shares what he knows about these tormented souls as he moves closer to the others

Corum charges the nearest ghost and thrusts the spear through it's insubstantial form. He feels some resistance as the blade pierces but not as much as he would from flesh and bone.

Following Sapphire, Marislova charges forward to the ghost and brings down her handaxe in a glittering arc.

The first spirit steps toward corum as if accepting the warrior's challenge. it sweeps it's blade down but instead of slicing his flesh it passes through him, leaving him feel aged and weaker.

Meanwhile, the other ghost bellows at Greyston as it swoops toward the alchemist. It's gaze penetrates his soul and he feels the weight of it but somehow thinks it could have been much worse.

Watching the ghosts attack his friends he is acutely aware of how dangerous such creatures can be and he curses Baba Yaga silently.

these dead hags deserve no honour. Your great women are nothing but peddlers in petty evil and malice! They should all be destroyed, just like you miserable wretches !

Elleross hisses in reply to the ghosts and he begins to focus his mind, gathering his power and calling upon one of his most powerful spells.

As he weaves the spell and calls out the words of power he alters it slightly , boosting the power of the spell as much as possible. his arms are suddenly wreathed in writhing streams of pulsating lightning, the hissing electricity crackles and sparks as it blazes with a harsh bright blue white light. With a final word he pulls apart his hands and the streams of electricity expand between them pooling between his palms and with a final shout he claps his hands together violently.
A brief moment of silence descends before the area in front of Greyston suddenly explodes as a mass of lightning leaps from one side of the room to the other, lancing through the ghost.

Corum, Greyston and Lucrezzia to act this round. Your magical weapons are definitely affecting them by the way and Lucrezzia you misfotune didn't come into play last round but it will this time as the ghost is in melee range of you and Grey

Corum shudders as the spectral hand passes through him and a chill passes through him as though him. He snarls in anger and thrusts his spear into the ghost again and again, cursing and spitting his fury as he does so.

Sapphire's blade dances in the dim light, cutting a glittering arc of arcane magic while Corum lances the ghost with the razor-sharp spear while Del sends shaft after shaft into the thing's incorporeal form.

Elleros demonstrates the power his frail body possesses with a devastating blast of electricity causing the spirit to dissipate into whisps of white light.

Meanwhile, Greyston tosses another bomb at the ghost attacking him, the flash of fire bursting up around it while Lucrezza continues to bewitch the thing.
