Sorry, put the arrow in the wrong spot. Looking for Orslaw's action and then pick up with the next round. He did his AoO but no actions for the round that I saw.

DM / GM / The man behind the curtain

You search the place from top to bottom. The lighthouse has six heavy ballistae, each with 10 bolts. There were 36 sailors and 4 marines plus Bilge Rat Bill. The sailors each had leather armor and a cutlass, the marines had leather studded armor, a cutlass, and a small wood shield. For cash they averaged a week's worth of wages which was 146 gold total. Bilge Rat Bill had a chain shirt and a falchion +1. In his quarters, he also had a chest with a large bag of coin, likely the next month's of wages (584 gold) as well as some of his personal items (an onyx figurine 50gp, 5 garnets 25gp each, and a silver chalice 25gp).

Upon catching a glimpse of the fine looking falchion, Orslaw speaks up. "Captain, I'd be much obliged to carry that fine blade. It'd look good on me side for me weddin' day!"

Orslaw is definitely interested in the magical falchion, even if he can just tell it looks fancy.

He seemed to put a little bit too much emphasis on the "tasty" part, but that was already expected from the little glutton.

Bleepos thinks, however, that we could use some of these hands on the ships. Alliances change overnight, and plunder is a great stimulus of loyalty. - he finally completed towards the prisoners.

Packing up and heading back to The Rock? Leaving some crew here to man the lighthouse? Going in to meet with the locals to let them know control of the lighthouse has changed? Moving any ballistae to your ships (they are too big to move so they would need to be taken apart and reassembled)? Staying for a few days and watching for a good target going through the shipping lanes?

"Aye, Orslaw tells it true. We'll be needing to improve his lady wife's security. For that same reason I think we should leave her the ballistae. Any gold or other things small enough to carry out without disassembling we'll take as our plunder." I'm mostly thinking personal weapons and armor here, but if there's any other magic items (wands, potions etc?) or even just ship supplies like food and fresh water, we can take that too. He looks around at the others. "Bessie, would you carry Orslaw back to give the lady the good news? While you're gone we can make contact with the town, see if Harrigan" he spits on the floor "has his hooks into 'em or not."

I hate to split the party, as others have said, but I also don't want to abandon this place. One of the pluses of having two ships, I guess.

"I will stay with you captain. Make sure the new recruits don't get fresh with us." If there were more of Harrigan's men down in the town itself, they would have to deal with his wrath and that of the crew. Turning towards the tiny, green whirlwind of death, Beket would crouch down and nod. "You following with Bessie or staying here?" Bleepos was a scary combatant and was useful basically everywhere.

"I'm ready to meet the locals, captain. Rytys will join us when we are outside." The young roc had been circling overhead carefully, waiting for a chance to come down and join them all.

Aye, Cap'n. The Goblins Prize shall sail for the Rock to deliver the Groom and the good news. Bessie acknowledges Guillaume's orders and addresses both Beket and Bleepos I would like my helmsman, but understand if you want to stay. We will sail with the tide. Shall I join you for introductions to the townsfolk?

Bessie will take the Goblins Prize and head for the Rock once a full accounting of the plunder and items is made. She will join the others in town or not as desired.

At standard market sales you could get 386 gold for the gear of the fallen or you could keep some of it. If you wish to keep it all I will update the tracker. The lighthouse also has 1/2 plunder in food stores.

Let me know who goes and who stays then we will move forward.
