Pash -- like where your character is going. I am in the camp of those who feel rogues need more nice things. I also like the old thieves guild deal, so add this to your character sheet.

Ties to the Brotherhood -- As long as you maintain a good relationship with the brotherhood, each level of rogue you get an untyped +1 bonus to stealth and perception. Note: The brotherhood demands a strict 25% cut of all illicit gains.

One of your buddies just appeared in gameplay. You have access to markets normally closed to others

Very nice, that fits perfectly with what I was thinking for him (after all, a thief is only as good as his fences, contacts, and other assorted members of the network are). Adding now under my Feats spoiler, much appreciated!


The map should be editable by all. It also should have a link in the short campaign tab which appears at the top of the page in blue as current map. We are some story away from needing the map, but am hoping you can all access it.


The plan is to have the trip start off tomorrow.

We will probably break for the Thanksgiving holiday (Thursday to Sunday) and be rolling dice by Monday.

Not seeing anything on range limitation out side of it saying, as magic missile, which has a range of 100' plus 10' pr. level. If there is something that modifies this, please link it.

Oopsie! We're playing old school... You were being descriptive when you said force missile. I'd thought you were referring to the Evoker School power... Force Missile.

I was using the evocation school power (force missile), it says it is the same as magic missile. I dont see any limitation to the range out side of it saying it is like Magic Missile.

Force Missile:

Force Missile (Sp): As a standard action you can unleash a force missile that automatically strikes a foe, as magic missile. The force missile deals 1d4 points of damage plus the damage from your intense spells evocation power. This is a force effect. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.

No metamagic and they don’t scale like the original spell either. So they are only effective at lower levels. I assume the ability was designed to give the wizard something useful to contribute at lower levels.

I've never had a chance, but like Toppling Spell.

Some of the abilities scale really well. (Such as nthe conjuration teleportation subschool)

But I enjoy that spell sometimes, (whenever I don't go admixture.. Which is never anymore) since if you take point blank shot younl do 1d4+3 like 8 times a day. Not to shabby.

Don't think point blank shot affects force missile or magic missile. It specifically says ranged weapon. Force missile and magic missile do not require an attack role. That being said, I could be wrong, but I don't think ether count as a weapon. Spells that require an attack role should be effected by the feat though.

Point-Blank Shot:

You are especially accurate when making ranged attacks against close targets.

Benefit: You get a +1 bonus on attack and damage rolls with ranged weapons at ranges of up to 30 feet.

Sorry, everyone... i think I checked posts when the "Reflex Save" was rolled, but not after...

I missed the Edit regarding the AoO somehow.

I usually have plenty of time to post, and 1/day isn't an issue for me.

EST before 9AM (commute in), Lunchtime usually around 12-2pm and after work... 5:45 onward. I even commented in the discussion thread, but didn't see a "dot" in gameplay.

I shall be more vigilant!

laddie, let me tell ye something about dwarves, he fight hard, and die harder, I can handle all O these boys meself, well, it may take a while though, well... I got the four on my end. ain't a dwarf out there that be thinkin to let orcs win a fight.

Love it! Lorkan will gladly bury you if you accidentally trip and fall on some lucky orc's blade. That'd be the only way they'd take you down, methinks.

My apologies for having fallen off the grid for the last few days. My work has moving from one building to another and has been having us help with the moving of everything we will need in our new location.

Suffice to say, I have been unable to post while at work and have been coming home late in the evening, tired and fried. I hope to be able to catch up on what has been happening in my games this weekend. If not I will update my status to reflect it.

Feel free to bot me if necessary, I do not want to hold up progress. I really am sorry for both my not being here and me taking this long to even post a generic message.

Lorkan agrees with Thallan. I believe Pash needs an action, and has mentioned he may need some botting during the week, but hopes to catch up over the weekend.


Update Monday, this combat is scheduled to not last past next Friday. Given past experience about PCs complaining about how characters are botted, I put them in safe places until they return. They tend to have little impact on combat or chance of injury.
