I'm grabbing a breather mask too, this is probably how these guys survived.
So the party loot list updated to include what is left after I took some stuff
2x Re-Breather masks,
3x Sets of thieves tools,
3x Sets of leather armour with integrated fur covering,
1x Silver Daggers,
3x Small dog-eared books,
40 GP Per Character. Or 200 left over if you guys are doing party loot instead of individual loot.
1x small stone that feels warm to the touch,
1x copper torc (worn around the neck),
and 2x belt pouches containing a few small needles each.
It's gonna be hilarious if we get hit by that other train, and suddenly trudging a half mile through frigid, snow-filled mountainous terrain, loaded down with a dead dude slung over your shoulder, turns out to be the wise decision... ;)
I guess getting hit by the train would prove that we aren't bona fide...

Ravboom's is intentional, he doesn't know her that well, and they've only met for a few minutes before massive upheavels, so I've been randomly bouncing back and forth between Jeza and Joza. I also thought about adding Jaza in as well. :)
I was assuming it was affectionate. It certainly makes me smile whenever I see it, because it is exactly how I imagine Ravboom saying your name even when he knows that it's not quite right.

That's kinda what I figured, and with everything that's been happening, correcting Ravboom would've been low on the priority list. Now that things are calmer, she'll probably say something the next time it comes up (though Rav and anyone else is certainly free to keep saying it wrong if they feel it fits their character to do so) ;)
Jack only said it wrong cause he didnt really meet u yet and only heard the name from rav. plus hes not that clear minded anymore.
Zirul, you have just appeared on a crowded station platform towing a corpse - the guards weren't holding their weapons ready in case the dead guy came back to life, if you know what I mean. ;)
Although your explanation was golden, and instantly backed up by the emergency flares they'd seen and the arrival of the triumphant train. It's safe to say any doubt he had in you is gone for the moment.
Hopefully we can all have a meet-and-greet soon and get the pesky "do I know your name yet" phase out of the way.

I wouldn't say glee, exactly... but I do so love anything that creates a potential plot point, especially when it's player driven. :)
As a similar example, in one of my other games a player just called out one of the NPCs on her hypocrisy rather than trying to solve her problem - meaning that suddenly the encounter is heading in a totally different direction than the one I had planned. I love that kind of stuff! It's the meat of social-encounter gaming.

I reckon one more post of the evening's festivities and then we'll set you to sleeping, ready for a bright new day in Ingenspire. It may be worthwhile, now that Joza has had a chance to listen to some local gossip that you have a chat amongst yourselves on this discussion board about your immediate goals. Whether you feel in character like sticking together as a party or not yet is currently by-the-by, as...
a) the locals are already starting to treat you like a group,
b) the imminent locomotive takeover investigation will require you to be local and available as a group until it's tied up, and
c) You have free lodgings in the same building for the time being.
You seem set into bonding in character as well, which is good to see.

I imagine he just meant, like, this is the end of the "intro - meet and greet with your party!" scene, and we're onto the story/campaign proper. Seems a bit too early for a level up.
Also, speaking of the "loot" you keep mentioning - Gatsby, did all of that get left with us? As far as I remember, Zirul just left it on the train. Did the guard confiscate it or did we take it with us?
I'll assume for the sake of convenience that you brought it with you, but left the dead body with the station guards to be examined as part of the investigation. I don't think you ever divvied up that loot though...

Thieves tools we probably don't need, I have some, but unless you plan on being a rogue of some sort, selling might be a good idea.
Everyone should probably grab a Re-Breather mask and we should probably buy 3 with the stuff we sell off so all 6 of us have one.
Grab the leather armour if it is better than what you are wearing or if you just want warmer armor if you have leather, otherwise the rest of this will probably be sold.
stone warm to the touch seems like a thunderstone, I highly doubt anyone wants this, but you never know

Varitus will probably use poison...and might be convinced to learn about..devices...
Geralt would certainly set eyes on that silver dagger, and he is currently not wearing armor so he'd probably claim one of those as well.
Furthermore, once he is notified of this loot (I'm playing it like he hasn't actually noticed we looted the bodies... doesn't seem like that would have occurred to him that we could just keep their stuff) he would grab one of those dog-eared books and look through it.

Joza will take a set of thieves' tools....for reasons. Unfortunately, Orcish is one of the languages that she doesn't know, so she has no idea about the books. Maybe we can find someone who does?
I guess she might take a re-breather mask as well, if for no other reason that to see how it's made.
