Pip, then it's initiative.....
Man, insomnia suxxors ..
Pip takes his lightning gun and aims it at the hidden thug

dungeonmaster heathy |

The guy on the roof at b4 shoots two arrows at Beldan; one hits. The strong curved Paynim bow does 10 h.p. in damage to the rogue.
The guy at c6 who Pip lightningbolted moves to c5; his compatriot emerges from d7 up to d5.
Gittik is attacked by the first one; his rapier thrust too high to menace the feral hobniz.
Pip's foe, wielding a bastard sword, hacks Pip for 14 h.p. in damage, then follows through on Gittik with the blow, also missing the short wildman.
Elgan takes fire from the ground; 4 arrows fly up at the hawkshaped elf from the other side of the building, one hits for 6 damage.
Two men with bastard swords emerge from the door to the barber shop at g5; they run up on Oso to f2 and g3;
the one at f2 strikes Oso with a bastard sword, dealing 13 in damage, then following through at Altai, cleaving him for 15 h.p.
The other one strikes Oso with a bastard sword, 9 h.p. in damage.
Oso gets an aoo on the first guy in f2; he ran through Oso's threat region.
Checking for accuracy.....looks good.
Group's attack!

Altai Iscarni |

oh, and I noticed that Altai was further than 30 feet away from the bowman on the roof.
That was by design. Boooh sneak attack! Now check this out:
Altai staggers backward and almost falls from the force of the blow. Gritting his teeth, he thrusts his fist at his assailant, with surprising results.
This is one of the coolest spells in the book. I'm casting Telekinesis at the goon in F2, going for the "violent thrust" option. Concentration check (should we still call it that?) 14+16=30, which is more than enough to avoid an AoO. The goon gets a Will 22 save or he goes flying into the guy in D5. Attack roll to hit 14+11=AC 25. Damage depends on the weight of the throwee, but he and the guy in D5 get 1d6 damage per 25 pounds of throwee weight (so about 8d6 damage?). I'd guess they'll both fall prone after that. Finally, if I miss the guy in D5, the human misille splats into the wall at C6 instead and takes the same damage.

dungeonmaster heathy |

The guy in f2 indeed smacks into the guy in d5. Pip looks worried for a second; then elated when he sees the pair of them lieing on eachother in square d5, having each taken 34 h.p. in damage....additionally, Gittik and Pip get an aoo on him as he flies through the air through their threat zone.
cannonball special anyone?
Ogay; Altai went; everybody else's go.

Elgan Dreadwood |

ElganHAwk screeches as the arrows fly by him, all but one, which sticks painfully in a wing muscle. His scream sounds more angry than hurt. Mostly.
In response, ElganHawk circles around once more, screeching in his melodic warble. Those familiar with the sound flinch, as it usually precludes something big and noisy. It is.
Having taken a lesson from Altai, Elgan calls upon the spirits of fire. A column of flame descends upon the other side of the building. There are screams. Elgans answering screech is positively,... happy.
OK, Flame Strike on the other side of the building, IF I can get them both in it! (Presuming they haven't moved yet, since they fired.)IC is down (AGAIN!) rolling old-fashioned.
9d6 Column of Divine Fire= 40Dmg

Oso Legumbe |

No AoO because Oso was about to cast a spell. Casts defensively, rolls a 9 +8(level)+3(Wis)+4(combat casting)=24, needed 23 to cast a 4th level spell, divine power. That was close.
Then Oso draws his sword and roars in anger at the blows on him and Altai. "How dare you!"
Rages so that is +10 in total to Strength this round, +26 hits temporarily.

Pendobar 'Pip' Bushytoe |

OK, since the meat grinders are working, Pip will sing a competence bonus for everyone: +2 atk/dam/charm/fear .. ya'll know the drill
Pip switches out his bug zapper for Lucille
"You're gonna meet yer maker
When you set up for a fight
'Cause we ain't fakers
And we do this killin' thang right!"
Pip tries a complex changeup
The steel-stringed guitar howls like a banshee with a toothache

dungeonmaster heathy |

There's the guy at b5 who's been shooting at Beldan from on the roof; Gittik closed with him via flight.
There's a guy meleeing with Oso 30 feet away,
and a guy at c5 10 feet away, who will prolly soon pay poor Pip back for lightningbolting him...
The other two guys are on the other side of the building shooting the airborne Elganhawk.

dungeonmaster heathy |

The rogue on the roof drops his bow, pulls his rapier, and slashes at Gittik; missing the feral Peter Pan.
Oso's foe steps to f2, slashing Oso AND Altai with the same blow.
Oso takes 13 h.p. and Altai takes 8 h.p. in damage from the bastard.
Beldan's target moves below Gittik to b4, stabbing at and missing the nimble crossbowman Beldan.
Two more arrows thunk into Elgan; he takes 18 h.p. in damage (and one of those was an unconfirmed crit......)
Finally, a slinky, greasy man with long stringy greying hair, of wiry build, and covered with tats from islands ungazed by most flanfolk steps out of the door....."wot 'ave we here, wee one?" he says to Pip, then moving to f5, smites him with a wicked flail.
Pip takes 20 h.p. in damage, and 1 h.p. per round from the wounding weapon that stings his hide like needles.
This can only be Hamfist.
Group's attack.....

Oso Legumbe |

Oso can take any combat feat he wants at eighth level for up to eight rounds and change it every round. Its part of the War domain. He chooses Improved Critical (seen as he now meets the pre-reqs due to Divine Power spell). He will Power Attack -2 to hit +4 to damage. Then there's the Bardic Inspire as well.
Oso raises the bastard sword high and yells, "Kelanen aid me!"
Now I did want a good dice roll, so we get Nat 1 first attack followed by 3+15=18......sigh. There's nothing like having new abilities.
"Oh.....crap."

Gittik |

Rage on! Full attack on the guy in B5.
RH kukri 1 = 16 + 5 = 21. Damage = 3 + 8 = 11
RH kukri 2 = 11 + 6 = 17 (likely miss). Damage = 2 + 8 = 10
LH kukri 1 = 14 + 15 = 29 = threat. Confirmation = 13 + 14 = 27. Damage = 6, or 12 of threat confirmed (including 1 point of shock damage)
LH kukri 2 = 9 + 15 = 24 = threat. Confirmation = 18 + 9 = 27. Damage = 11, or 15 if threat confirmed (including 6 points of shock damage)
"GAAAAAH!"

Pendobar 'Pip' Bushytoe |

Oh,....and this is a "boss" of the fight closing with Pip, so if he wants to change his mind about playing eruption then that's all good'n'dandy.
LOL, yeah in light of the circumstances, I'll retcon
Pip, feeling the lash of the new chap's weapon decides that discretion IS the better part of valor. He looks for a handhold to climb the warehouse side:
He jumps from handhold to handhold like a spidermonkey
Keeping one eye out for the new guy's painful weapon:
Anything else I need to roll just holler ...

Oso misses both times; the guy's too nimble.

Gittik slices his foe down first slice!
You have a move action if you want, or you can butcher the guys' remains.

Hamfist watches, snickering as Pip climbs up to b5 where Gittik's foe just fell.
"I'll b'oop thar......." he looks at Gittik; Pip; savoring something; "shortlyyyyyyy..."
