Bupkis rushes over to a fallen beam, shouting, "Sara's trapped!" He reaches down under the beam to heal her, hoping that she's still alive.

Sara takes one burn (one point of non-lethal damage/lvl, which can't be recovered until resting for 8 hours), and heals 8 points of lethal damage.
Kinetic Healer: "With a touch, you can heal a willing living creature of an amount of damage equal to your kinetic blast‘s damage. Instead of paying the burn cost yourself, you can cause the recipient to take 1 point of burn. If you do so, the recipient takes 1 point of nonlethal damage per Hit Die he possesses, as usual for burn; This damage can’t be healed by any means until the recipient takes a full night’s rest."

Sara opens her eyes again, and stems her arms at the hot beam. But it is not enough to get it off of her. Agrit calls out "We need someone stronger!" before he starts coughing.
Check Smoke Effects on this page and roll accordingly. Or come up with creative solutions.

Bupkis stays low to the ground (which is fairly easy since he's only 3'1" tall) to avoid breathing in too much smoke.

All the pent up sadness and helplessness Scrabbler had been feeling welled up and pressurized into a white hot anger. He narrowed his eyes at in the orc's direction and seemed to vanish into the smoke.

There is a 'combat map'. I even put the orcs on it. You're approaching from the barricade and can place yourself either single or double move distance to that.
I read the 23HP as AC :D.
The orc steps closer and swings his falchion at Menrozzar. He hits the armor, but at a weak spot.

Scrabbler |

Scrabbler came down off the roof like a feral animal and landed on an orc's back. His serrated blade quickly came down over and over again.

Damage, sneak attack: 1d4 - 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) - 1 + (6) = 7

If successful I'm "climbing" the orc. I move with it if it moves, and it takes a -1 penalty to attack me.

Scrabbler causes a lot of pain to one of the orcs. He tries to cut the goblin off his back but fails.

But before he can react, Ivan seizes the opportunity to add to this pain. Covered by his shield he closes the distance in a charge to make up fo rhim being slower than the others and swings his waraxe at the enemy, taking him out.

Edgar and his brother move into the house to help Bupkis free Sara.
The other two orcs attack Ivan and Scrabbler for taking down their brethen. But they both fail to wound someone. Scrabbler evades the blade, and Ivan is safe behind his shield.

A fight was on! Suddenly Daseem felt alive, his blood singing in his veins as he brushed past Ivan racing towards the goblin near the door to Sara's house. As he drew near a war cry formed on his lips, "GORUM!"
Daseem used fervor to cast Shield of Faith as a swift action. 1/4 fervor used. His AC is 19.
Using the momentum of his sprint, Daseem pivoted on one foot a graceful as a dancer, six feet of steel whistled through the air towards the nasty little Orc in front of him!

Menrozzar gritted his teeth at the wound from the orc, but took a step back from the orc and again swung his hammer at it. He put a lot of power into his swing to try and finish it off.

Bupkis is momentarily overcome by a fit of coughing.

Bupkis takes a (dirty) cloth out of his pack and wets it with his waterskin. He holds the wet rag over his mouth and nose to reduce smoke inhalation.

Edgar and Edwin hold their breath while entering the smoke filled room. They grab the beam and try to lift it off Sara, together with Agrit.

Scrabbler kicked off the flailing Orc's shoulders and leapt onto the back of the Orc facing off against Menrozzar.

Bupkis moved into position and tried to help lift the beam trapping Sara, but he couldn't get a good grip.

Menrozzar stows his hammer and runs into the house. Seeing the beam, he says, "Everybody, gather round! Get ready! And lift in 3...2...1..Now!"
Menrozzar heaves with all his might, trying to lift the beam so Sara can get free.

Daseem |

Daseem was in a fey mood as the joy and purity of combat wore off and he was left looking at the broken harvest of dead orcs. Thery looked smaller, sad and pathetic. The elation he felt swiftly turned to something else, this hadn't been the glory he was seeking.
Without a word, he moved to try and help get the beam off Sarah. He meant to help, really he did but his mind was elsewhere.

Now with six people the beam is easily moved. Bupkis patched up Sara good enough for her to crawl out and get up. Agrit lets go of the beam and helps Sara out of the burning house. All others follow and just after Bupkis who comes last the roof caves in, sending a huge cloud of ash, smoke and Sparks into the air.
Agrit watches in pain at their ruined home, but smiles as he looks at Sara. Turning to the group he starts "Thank you for saving me and Sara. If it were not for you, we would have both found a fiery death."
"You have my thanks forever. Please excuse me being harsh to you earlier this day."

Bupkis |

Bupkis replies, "Bukpis glad Sara and Agrit make it out in time! Now we go fight more Orcs!"
He looks around at the nearby houses for more signs of enemies.

As he looks around his thoughts go to his very first friend. Must get to Alicia's house!
The location of Alicia's house hasn't been specified, but it would be somewhere in the lower quarter.

(L4) The stench of death hangs over this small square in Trunau’s inner quarter. Bodies of all kinds—orcs and humans, men and women, children and the elderly—lie scattered across the cobblestones where they fell. Veins of watery blood crawl from the base of the well in the center of the square, spreading from the limp body of a slain Trunauan guard draped over the side of the well. A rare moment of silence on the battlefield accentuates the sounds of crackling flames in the distance and the steady, hollow drip of blood into the well.
(L6) Outside the houses behind the ruin of Sara and Agrit's house stands a cart loaded with all kinds of goods. You notice an orc who puts two more arms full of goods on it and returns into one of the houses.

Menrozzar Vyrlock |

With everyone out of the house, Menrozzar turns to the scene before them. Stepping over to the body on the well, he thinks, Dang, Aldrin. Heck of a way to go. He moves Aldrin from the well and lays him on the ground, to prevent any more of his blood from fouling the water.
Noticing the orc, Menrozzar's mouth bares in a silent snarl. He unlimbers the falchion and begins moving towards the house, looking to hunt down every orc he found.

As you come closer you notice the orcs ransacking the buildings. As of now they are busy and haven't taken notice of the group.
If you want it to stay that way you might want to roll stealth.

Bupkis |

"More Orcses over there!", Bukis tells the others, pointing towards the houses. He moves towards the door that the Orc disappeared into, keeping to the shadows.
Stealth: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (16) + 17 = 33

Bupkis continues to sneak to the door, holding a crossbow bolt in one hand.
I presume this is part of the action in my previous post.

Holy crap. I thought for sure I'd give us away as Sir Clanks-a-lot.
Having successfully snuck up on the 4 orcs, Menrozzar moved forward and, raising his sword in an over-hand strike, swung hard at one.
Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Unfortunately, his anger at the orcs destruction caused his attack to go wildly to the side.

Daseem |

Stealth really wasn't Daseem's strong point and he knew it, so he hung back ready to run in when the others attacked.

Scrabbler |

Stealth: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (7) + 13 = 20
Scrabbler vanished also, following Bupkis. As he went he pried open the jaws of the bear trap and set it's tension bar, readying it for deployment.
Doesn't look like the map has been updated yet, so I put myself in roughly where I guess I'm going to end up before combat starts based on the description. Once the map is ready, I'll adjust.

Bupkis releases his crossbow bolt and propels towards an orc with telekinetic force.

Then he punches an orc that tries to attack him.
If an orc moves next to him before he acts, he will Gather Power and then swing with Kintic Blade, before stepping back. Otherwise he will use Telekinetic Blast against an Orc not in melee, or Gather Power, step up and attack with Kinetic Blade.

Menrozzar falls to the ground, the wound being quite dire.
Menrozzar had 9 HP worth of damage previously that he forgot to heal, and is at -6.

Daseem |

Hearing the sounds of battle, Daseem rushed into the building. He was shocked to see Menrozzar lying on the floor in a pool of blood. Stooping down he touched the man, whispering, "Gorum, he's not ready to g-give up the fight!"
Fervor to Heal: 1d6 ⇒ 1 Boo! Anyway that stabilizes Menrozzar. 2/4 Fervor used.
The menacing orcs drew nearer and Daseem had to defend himself!

Scrabbler |

Scrabbler watched Menrozzar fall in horror. The fires, the sounds, the blood, his dying friends, it was bringing him back to the night his old life had ended. This time though, he was not a coward. He did not get knocked out. He flew into a rage. He'd been carrying the bear trap he'd armed a few moments ago by the base of the chain, letting the terrible jaws dangle in his off hand. He dashed beneath the legs of the orc in front of him...
This is going to be a complex round. Lots of if/thans. I'll try to make sure everything is super clear.
Tumble through Orc's square (Acro vs orc's CMD+5): 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (4) + 14 = 18
Looks like I probably fail that, so I take an Attack of Opportunity. I'll use Dodging Panache to gain a +2 AC bonus against the attack (AC 20), and move through the orc's square anyway. (so I'll be able to move through the orc's square no matter what. That's the important part)
...he dropped the trap as he went... Free action, drop trap in Orc's square. Trigger condition is when it shares a square with another creature, so it goes off pretty much instantly)

The orc swings his falchion at Scrabbler as he dances around his feet, but misses by far, almost cutting himself. Catching the orc off balance the goblin attaches the bear trap to the orcs leg dealing him a potentially deadly wound. To add insult to injury, Scrabbler stabs the orc with his dagger, where it hurts the most, bringing him to his knees. But still the orc refuses to fall. Scrabbler degrades the orc to his personal steed again, by climbing on top of him.
But then Ivan steps in and deals the finishing blow with his axe, adding a large gash to the orc's head. And once again Scrabbler is riding a dead horse.
Another orc appears from the back of the house and goes straight for Ivan, not deeming the goblins a threat. But Ivan shields himself easily from that one.
