"Tweed, ye say? Never heard o' a bloke named Tweed, nor do I think I killed 'im, either." Torgan yells back.
Suddenly, a very good idea pops into Torgan's head as he see the wooden ceiling above the woman.
"I'mma flank 'er!" Torgan yells to his team as he runs up the stairs and down the gangway with the rowers staring at him.

"Scree? Isn't that the type of rock that I shit upon? You loved shitrock?"
Wren twirls the iron ring on his finger, using it's image to remember his studies of long ago to cast a spell he thought might be a nice trick. Cast Fog Cloud, 20' radius spread from the back corner of the woman's square.

Kraygan Steelkeg |

Kraygan advances down the walkway, but jumps off to the side into the low water. He then adopts a strange stance, almost like that of a monk, with a hand held open before him.
"I think Skreed were that orc we found in the caves under the town." He calls out to his companions. "The one that had my axe in his head!"

Kraygan advances down the platform taunting Melira.
Leaping gracefully over the trapped location Wren fills the area with a thick fog that he even has a difficult time seeing through while Torgan backpedals back up to the rowing galley to look for another way around.
Seeing no other choice Melira places one hand on her bow lowering it as she pulls out a wand from her pack. As the wand's wooden surface enters her hand she steps up to the edge of the trap.

As he continues challenging the woman, Kraygan thumps his armor, activating the righteous power within, and growing as he splashes forward through the hold.
Above decks the ship suddenly lists a little to one side.
Activating righteous might and advancing. Does increased size help mitigate the water terrain at all?

Torgan Steelkeg |

As fog smoke billows through the cracks, Torgan yells out to cover his tracks. "There's a fire! sale
"We have t' ventilate th' bilge area! Help me break open this section in particular!" Torgan yells to the rowers.

![]() |

The bilge water is only 2 feet deep so I would think that doubling you height would help mitigate that.
The vessel tips to one side as Kraygan's size doubles once again.
Up above Torgan begins to scream about a fire below deck which gets some of the rowers worked into a frenzy. Coxswain's eyes go wide at the sight of Torgan smashing the ship into kindling and even wider as he sees the fog creeping through the floorboards. The orc runs up the stairs as quick as he can. I actually meant I didn't add a +2 to Van's attack for the darkness, in case she did not have darkvision, but I guess it wouldn't a +2, but rather vs flatfooted.
Ah Gotcha. Those previous still did not hit her Flat Footed AC
Angraad himself does indeed seem to guide Vanderhoff's hand as his axeblade slams into Melira's shoulder, taking flesh and cracking bone beneath it. Her arm goes limp for a moment and she yells out in pain.
It seems that he crack of bone reverberates through Vanderhoff's blade jolting his hand.
Fate's Retribution Rounds: 1d4 ⇒ 2
Melira uses an immediate action of Fate's Retribution- Vanderhoff needs to make a DC 13 Will save or take a -2 to attack and damage for 2 rounds

Kraygan (30/38)
Jorgan (33/39)

Kraygan Steelkeg |

Kraygan peers through the doorway, but due to his size he can't get close enough to join the fight.
"What's goin on! Ye got this Hoff?!"

Torgan Steelkeg |

Torgan don't know about fires! He makes beer and not rauch beer!
Torgan falls down into the gullet of the ship as the Captain releases him over his freshly created chimney. He plummets to the ground and slams into the wood. "Ach! Ye could 'ave dropped me in fire!" he yells back up to the Captain as he rubs his sore glutes with the pommel of Agrimmosh after standing back up.
Falling Damage: 2d6 ⇒ (5, 1) = 6
A slight twang of atmosphere hits his tongue and he realizes that this is fog. "Tis' all safe down 'ere boss. Ain't no fire. Th' woman probably summoned fog t' cover her while she put arrows in me cousins!" he yells back up to the Captain.
Torgan stumbles forward in the fog and nearly knocks over his brother. "Ach! Jorgan! What do we do now? Can't see a lick o' anything in this fog. She this way?"

Jorgan Steelkeg |

Int: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
"Good work, Torgan! You'll put these flames out quick with that new ventilation!" Jorgan pushes though his cousin (provoking) and swings his heavy axe!
dwarven waraxe: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 5 + 1 = 19

Hahaha
Jorgan moves through the darkness and is able to effectively finish off the woman, dropping her right in her tracks. Her blood slowly flows into the dirty bilge water adding to it.
Did good with the darkness to go off her FF AC as that was 18 compared to her normal AC of 23 along with point blank master.
Combat Over
The Captain takes the ladder down into the dark bilges with his First Mate Coxswain.
This our stowaway? He says tapping the body of the woman with his foot. Who is she and why is she on my boat?

Vanderhoff Steelkeg |

Will: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
Vanderhoff's voice betrays that he is clearly shaken after striking the woman, as he responds to Kraygan. "I...I thought I had this, but...um'...now I'm not so sure." Shaking his head in disbelief when the woman takes the hits and stills stand, Vanderhoff begins to slightly worry.
He lets out a sigh of relief as Jorgan steps in and drops the woman, then immediately prays to Angradd, hoping to stabilize the woman before she die. He then kneels down to check for a pulse and breathing. "I've tries to keep her from dying, Cap'n, so we might get some answers. Got some rope?"

Wren kicks away the woman's bow, quickly casting Detect Magic and removing anything that glows even remotely. He hunches over the body, worried what would happen if she awakes and could see again.
"Yes, try and save her if you can," Wren nods appreciatively to Vanderhoff as his spell is intoned.
When the woman is tied up, Wren will examine the woman's gear.

Vanderhoff rushes to the woman's side in an attempt to stabilize her but it seems that she is too far gone, even for the powers of Angraad.
Jorgan's hit went past her Con by 1.
