In my mind Dalton has a slightly a effete, british accent. "A tracker, you say? Goodness, how charming."
Not too far off, you are.
What is the structure of the stands? Wooden scaffolds? Circular in arrangement?
The Colosseum is much older than the city; most of the stands are carved from stone, although a few of the higher seats are raised wooden ones. Yes they are circular.

Is it carved into a grotto or quarried stone?
Carved.
These are some good interesting questions I hadn't anticipated!

I like that your world has a sense of age to it -- that the things present now are built upon older civilizations.
Are we going to get fights or story posts today?
I'm currently crunching the numbers for the first fight. It's rather...involved. A rather interesting way to kick off the morning. Should definitely have things moving by tonight.
Is the rock they are carved from sedimentary?
Ok now lol. Give me an actual reason why you need to know that.

Being next to a river its highly likely Dalton. Not that I know anything about rocks.
My sister's car broke down in Chicago so I need to run up there and lend her a hand. Sorry for the delay everybody, I'll move things along tomorrow.
Sedimentary rock is common in the region. Building a structure out of it would be simply for convenience. Using something more exotic for the area - say, igneous - would imply extravagance and prestige. Essentially, he is wondering if, as this is one of Targ's main interests, he can afford to put the money where his mouth is all the time. It speaks to how well-off his empire is.

I get the impression Targ didn't build this.

Since it's carved from what stone was there im guessing it's not exotic.
Another question, any mines nearby?
Oh no, this was built long before Targ's rule. It would have been built any way possible, so probably sedimentary rock.
Lindale, not that you know of ;)

With my +12 I take 10 to gather information on the self sufficiency and resources that Akropash has and the things that it imports/exports, what sustains the economy beside slaves and the river. Easy information to come by I would think. Guessing no iron mines or the like by their lack of metal weapons but their 'could' be salt/gems/quarries/what have you.
Slow day at work, I can post but can't format or do anything else. Mines are a very big pull of resources for the entire desert and Akropash is no exception. Slaves toil in the mines during the day and deliver the resources after the sun goes down, then leave again before the sun comes up. Many of them never see daylight for weeks or years or their entire lives. This is also where the majority of the half-minotaur slaves are since they're strong and can work hard, surviving the harsh demands of the mines. However, these mines are all at least a good hour outside of Akropash, if not further.
Work day ended early due to the weather. The map is updated, if any of the avatars confuse you just ask since I didn't really have room for a key without putting it way off to the side.

Should be good now. If you move make sure to post with it. Also I don't have map coordinates up so watch how far you move.

Is the man with horns/tail familiar to Bjorkus?
He's wearing a helmet and there's a few people in the way, you would need to get closer.

Well Bjorkus wouldn't bother if he didn't have a reason to.
What about his voice?
Maybe. It's a steely voice, hoarse and moderate in depth.

Heh, I'm not going to reach. I guess it'll just be a surprise.
Try to keep purely OOC posts here in discussion.
I totally spaced on having them answer your speech Bjorkus. I have edited the last post to include answers to both of your questions. BTW the speech actually will make a difference, as I'm using modified combat rules where morale is very important.

So many rolls. I'm glad that thing killed 11 slaves before they could even move haha.
I love all of the available templates. Allows so much creativity with monsters.

Did you include the inspire bonus?
What sorts of things can Bjorkus do to improve morale?
Performance Combat Rules
For the morale rules I'm using, it's more of a common sense ruling than anything. Brave speeches, saving someone's life, courageous acts. Do something you think would help morale, I'll make a roll if I think it's appropriate, and it will probably influence them.
Edit: Aye, I'm watching the inspire bonus. Unfortunately the majority of these slaves need somewhere around a 19 to hit this creature.

Alright.
Would it be possible for Bjorkus to have gotten a scorpion whip instead of a normal whip?
Are you rolling all the performance checks or should I be rolling my own?
You can roll them if you want. Suuurre, take a scorpion whip.

I posted assuming as much. =)

How often does Bjorkus get to try to influence the crowd?
Go ahead and read the performance combat rules that I linked a few posts up. There's all sorts of times you can do it. Starting a rage gave a free action check, rolling max damage is a swift action check, there's a bunch of options.

That crit is awesome! Bjorkus will look like such a badass when it hits!!
Wow, that thing is gone. It was barely alive as is, and that hit was a good chunk over half of it's max HP. Beginning a suitably awesome writeup.

Everything okay, Omen? You have been a little quieter this week than normal. Just busy with job and holiday stuff, I hope.
Aye, just busy. Between work and the girlfriend feeling needy I've had little "me time". I have the entirety of the next gameplay post in my head, but right now I'm at work (lunch break) and I am unable to format text on my phone. You guys can assume a post being up in about 4.5 hours.

I'm headed out to PaizoCon so I might be a little slacky this weekend.
I apologize for the unexpected outage of activity. We lost power on Wednesday, and my trip that started today has kept me without access for a spell. I will get a post up in gameplay today in an attempt to ratify my character's timeline.
Tomorrow I will be with family for Independence Day, so I will probably be unable to post. On Saturday, however, I though be able to get one in.
Sorry about that.
His nephew was Rabban. I never saw the movies - heard they were hideous - so I can't speak to his looks.
The Atreides have the biggest worms though.
