Sorry, I forgot to list who was up! On the bright side, everyone can see the results of Sihir's check before deciding what to do.
And sorry, Sihir! You were the closest. I don't believe this effect falls into any of those categories.
Kurobozus have no DR, SR, or immunities outside normal undead immunities. They have evasion. They can deal Wisdom damage with their unarmed strikes (as Sihir has unfortunately learned.) This also heals them.
If they begin their turn next to a helpless target, they can steal its breath per the spell suffocation, also giving a disease to the target.
They also get some monk stuff, like flurry!

Maneuvering closer to the creature Ammen quickly starts casting a spell. As he finishes a glowing female warrior wileding a scimitar appears and attacks!

Nice one Ammen!
Despite his rage, Braxus thinks tactically and advances wide and around the new opponent, leaving flanking positions for others to fill...
As he closes in he brings his earthbreaker down in a mighty overhand strike.
Overhand Chop!: 1d20 + 28 ⇒ (6) + 28 = 34
magic, blunt, adamantine, good damage: 2d6 + 36 ⇒ (3, 3) + 36 = 42

Braxus is easily able to avoid AoO by staying out of range while moving with current hasted speed of 65, unless the kuroboza has reach. Since this is a different type of undead, I couldn't include dedicated adversary bonuses, but overhand chop more than makes up for that on the damage bonus.

As you check out the last two rooms, you see they have large, round, stone pedestals about three feet tall, with several round stone seats surrounding it. Scrawled writing has been carved all over the walls, looking distinctly non-academic.
and looks very different than the writing on the front
doors or in the library. There are a LOT of swear words. The phrases “They killed me, they trapped me, I will be free,” appear over and over, as does the word “vengeance.”

Effortless success on Knowledge (History).
Sihir reappears just as he had disappeared just as he'd reappeared before that just as the first time he'd disappeared, and gingerly examines a bit of discolored flesh stretched over a fragment of ribcage, one of the few significant fragments of Falehetu remaining after his vicious destruction. He points at the large tattoo on it, still in surprisingly good condition.
"I know that one...the Monastery of Untwisting Iron."

That is sufficient. The undines excitedly show off some of the moves they've been practicing and describe what they want to do with the new building that you have unlocked and cleansed.
When you report back to the lodge in Niswan, Venture-Captain Rashmivati Melipdra is quite concerned about the dangers the key unleashed. “I suppose it’s easy to forget that locks aren’t only to keep us out, but sometimes to keep things in,” she posits. Regardless, she is glad to hear you found the remains of the Monastery of Unbreaking Waves.
Melipdra is even more delighted to hear that you convinced the undines to continue reviving the Monastery of Unbreaking Waves. “That would be wonderful! All four elements once again represented in the Houses of Perfection!” She continues, “I’ll have to arrange a tournament with the new house, though I admit that I’ve never sparred underwater before. I look forward to seeing their techniques.”
