This will begin on August 25, when the game day begins.

• This is CORE.
  
• I try to post daily, and at least once on the weekend, so I'd prefer players who can do the same.
  
• This is a skill/social heavy scenario, but there is some combat. Come prepared.

Interested in joining this game, can play either subtier.

This guy should be 3rd level barbarian by the start date. So either tier is fine with me.

Level 2 Rogue/ Sorceror 2 here interested.

I could certainly go for this, and I have a range of PCs in tier :-)

Celebdan, the bard/paladin (2/2 by then hopefully) of Shelyn, is currently fighting his way through the asteroid looming over Absalom, but if all goes well, should be back on Golarion by then.

I would submit myself, Jayori! Level 5 (paladin 4 / bard 1) so high tier.

That's 7 people. I think I'll cut off new entries there. We should probably play with 6 and just keep the last to sign up in mind as an alternate if someone drops.

Remember that this is CORE. The adventure is 1-5, and from the people who have declared their preferred PCs, it sounds like you're leaning towards the high tier (4-5).

Besides playing this, I also ran it (in classic mode) three times at Gen Con last year. I don't think I ever had a paladin at the table. Given the nature of the adventure, I'm actually really looking forward to seeing how a paladin (or two) deal with certain aspects. It should be fun.

Actually, I'll be at Gen Con again this year, which is the weekend before this PBP Game Day starts. Given that I'll need a little recovery time, we may start a few days later than the scheduled start of the Game Day. I'll have to see just how exhausted I am that week, and how busy I am catching up in my real life. It'll be no more than a week delay, though, and I do post at least daily in PBPs once we're going. Hopefully, that's ok with everyone.

Speaking of GENCON, you actually GMed the 1st PFS table I ever played at during GENCON 2013, it was 1-33: Assualt on the Kingdom of the Impossible...it was a great time!

That was my first Gen Con. I remember running that adventure there, but I don't remember the specific players. For that matter, Assault on the Kingdom of the Impossible was actually the first adventure I ever GMed in PFS, though that was about a year and a half before I GMed it again for you at Gen Con.

Is anyone here going to be at Gen Con this year? Maybe we could meet in person before this game starts. I'll only be doing 3 PFS sessions as a player, not GMing at all. I'll be busy with friends coming in from all over who I don't see very often, doing other stuff besides just playing PFS. But if anyone here will be there this year, let me know, and maybe we can meet, even if it's just to say hi between games or something.

For 1-33 - You did a great job GMing - we resolved the final encounter non-violently and it was quite fun, after that I was sold on PFS..so thanks!

I actually know someone from France who moved to my part of the United States (Chicago) recently, and has been playing at my local store the last couple of months. And she said at least one of her friends is coming in from France for Gen Con.

We should try to meet up, at least to say "hi" in person while we're both in Indy. Are you signed up to play either of the big PFS specials? I'm playing both at tier 3-4, along with the first season 9 scenario on Thursday afternoon, but that's it for PFS games for me.

I might have a few characters ready by that time

@Fromper in this case we could have meet in person as I went to Chicago in may and played with my her at her local store (playing a bloodrager archer) ^^

Been a while since the last update. Gen Con is next week, and the game day starts the week after that. I've been busy GMing locally and prepping to GM at Gen Con. I agreed to GM one Gen Con session at the last minute, so I'll be doing From the Tome of Righteous Repose on Sunday morning.

But that means I've been busy and haven't reread The Sun Orchid Scheme and started prepping maps/minis for PBP yet. Since I've GMed it before, the read through won't take me that long, so hopefully I won't have to really delay the start much.

Ilmakis, I didn't meet you in Chicago. I might have missed that week if you visited the local store where I usually play (Games Plus in Mount Prospect). We should try to meet at Gen Con, though.
