Yup it is per item unfortunately. The concentration is for that singular item from my understanding. Normally it wouldn't matter as it wouldn't be in rounds. Just a strange circumstance is all.

Natula pulls out a second wand as the soldiers continue to bang against the doors with more and more force.

Fade moves to get a better view of the splintering doors then stands ready for the soldiers to come through. He is looking for signs of Grald specifically. He quickly glances to Becher, "Hey, Bleeder! You know this Grald guy, so point him out for us when he comes through. Just in case it isn't clear, I want him to go down first!"

Move to get a clear (no cover) shot at anyone coming through door A then ready an action to TK Blast Grald.

@Orrin and Barrakhan:
Way back on round one I offered up two potions of shield of faith, one to Barrakhan and one to Orrin. Now I'm guessing you both missed that. You have had a few rounds doing nothing so I'm sure you could have taken​ them but I assumed you were waiting since they only last 10 rounds. Maybe after the first wave of soldiers.

Able to see through a small crack in the door, Spackle hurls a small glob of butter through the splintered frame. The slippery substance lands in the mud and as the magic takes effect it melts covering a large portion of the ground in grease.

Two phalanx and Grald slip around a bit as Grald curses. Though they are able to remain on their feet for the time being. "Damnit! get these doors open already!."

Barrakhan drinks his potion as he readies his rapier for the soldiers to burst through the doors.

Beecher looks at Fade. "You will know the bastard when you see him. He doesn't shut up."

Kalas flies around the rafters 20 feet up, finding little more than mice and spiders as Natula glares at Spackle, bored and partially wanting the soldiers to break down the doors.

Feybella holds back as the Phalanx reaches another door.

Go ahead with Buffs and reinforcement tactics still. I am just pushing forward as this part can tend to be a bit slow.

Natula tries to think of some way to salvage the situation as one of her allies throws butter at their foes.

I mean really, what sort of person carries butter around in their pockets anyway?

Natula extends out her hand with a vial of alchemist's fire, and allows Kalas to swoop down and fetch it from her. She considers giving him the deed to the winery as well. Perhaps if things go particularly bad....

@Spackle- there is a door blocking off the stillroom. placing it in front of the doors I am assuming? Though you cant't quite reach the spell to the doors as your reach with it is only 35 feet.Double moved you closer to the doors to set up for next round.

Spackle stomps across the room and begins to look for a good spot for some more grease.

Fade takes a Tanglefoot bag out of his pack and loosens the top of the sticky sack.

Natula sends an alchemist fire up to Kalas, who clutches it in his bat claws.

The remainder of the group turns to the Stillroom as they ready attacks for what comes through next.

Spackle's grease seems to be having a significant impact on Grald's men at the man door as they continue to slip and slide, not able to land a telling blow against the door.

Meanwhile the men in the Stillroom stop gagging as the southern door swings open. Two Phalanx bear longbows.

One of the phalanx takes a quick potshot at Fade as an arrow whizzes through the air.

The arrow snaps past Fade's shoulder and sticks in the door at the far end of the room.

Beecher smiles weakly. "You are doing great! Keep holding them off. Help should be here soon..." He begns to cough uncontrollably.

Turning to face his attacker, Fade calls out, "You really should have stayed home. This really is a miserable place."

Then, all around Fade loose debris begins to rise from the ground and along with it the air begins to crackle and seethe with now visible aether. His arms snap wide to gather in this energy and he sidesteps to get a clear view of his attacker before he thrusts aether wrapped debris in his direction.

Orrin quickly begins to close the gap on the recent intruders as Spackle drops another glob of grease all over the ground inside of the Stillroom, blocking the path for the archers just on the other side of the door.

Feybella pulls out her crossbow and sends Wolfie hurtling towards the greasy door, as Barrakhan holds his position firmly while Gralds men slowly knock on the door.

Fade pushes out a concentrated force of power that slams into one of the archers. The man spirals back as he slams unconsciously into the vat.

A single, powerful missile arcs through the air from the catwalk and slams with a dull thud into the green Phalanx member courtesy of Natula.

The Phalanx continue to batter at the doors, just as the main door shatters open revealing Grald himself and two more Phalanx. Beecher cowers back. Damnit, they are getting in all around. This isn't looking good..."

The green archer returns a shot at Natula.

The arrow snaps into Natula's shoulder as it cracks her collarbone.

With the front door open Grald leaps past his men and over the crate as he aggressively attacks Barrakhan with a deadly looking longsword.

Though he is able to get over the crate successfully,it gives barrakhan just enough time to duck below the blade's arc.

Fade turns his attention back to the main door where Grald and his men have just broken through. He moves to get a better position, fully aware he is risking things getting this close. He doesn't want to leave Barrakhan alone to face three enemies.

"Time to make you a stain Grald!" Fade yells as he brings his hand around, grasping and then launching another aetheric blast, this one directed at Grald.

"Orrin! Get back over here and help Barrakhan! The south door is going to give in any second!"

Spackle begins to inspire his allies as the Phalanx slowly burst into the Distillery.

Feybella unloads a crossbow bolt through the door but it only manages to stick into the side of the crate, blocking her path.

As Grald dives in at Barrakhan, the more agile elf is able to get in a glancing blow on the Phalanx leader.

Turning, this is precisely what Fade was hoping for. Sending out a blast of telekinetic energy Grald's neck snaps around as he crumples to the ground. Precise Shot save that.

Orrin runs back to help secure Door B while Barrakhan is backed into a corner. His constantly moving feet are thrown off with being backed against the crate that it quickly throws his aim off.

Drawing a wand Natula sends a single magic missile flying through the doors into the stillroom.

The Southern set of doors bursts open as another pair of Phalanx bursts in. Seeing Wolfie advancing quickly the green Phalanx draws another arrow and sends it at Wolfie.

Natula's unseen servant quietly shuts the door to the Stillroom in the archer's face.

Spackle produces another set of flames in the palm of his hand as he sets to hurl fire inside of a Distillery.

Feybella launches another bolt but only manages to catch the side of a crate once again.

Using his telekinetic blast once more Fade smacks the red clad phalanx's head against the door beam. The soldier's head cracks open and he crumples to the ground unconscious.

@GM->I noticed you only had inspire courage listed as active buffs but bless is up too(it was up before inspire was) and it stacks with inspire courage for attacks and damage but not saves. Bless is a morale bonus to hit and damage while inspire courage is competence bonus to hit and damage (both are morale bonus to saves so they don't stack there).

If possible, Orrin will move one square up and full attack, but I figure not, given the crate. Otherwise, he'll move to the square one up and to the left of B and attack once, with his tentacle.

Will add it to the list. I mainly put that up as a small reminder for the party as the vast majority of people forget to add in all of the buffs like that.

Orrin finds a small opening in the door beside the badly damaged crate. His tentacle reaches over, grabbing ahold of the Phalanx soldier firmly as it drags the poor man over the crate where Orrin can rend his flesh with his jagged claws.

Natula turns her wand to the only remaining open door at this time and sends a missile screeching across the Distillery to smack into the orange Phalanx ducking behind the crate.

Changed your target as Orrin took care of Yellow.

Barrakhan readies his rapier for the incoming Phalanx soldiers. Screams are heard further throughout town as they fill the night air. The screams become bloodcurdling as if someone is being killed. What are the Phalanx doing?

The remaining door continues to get battered by longswords.

Door D Damage: 2d8 + 4 ⇒ (1, 6) + 4 = 11

The green Phalanx bravely steps into the large pile of grease and tries to open the door.

Reflex: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17

Sliding around in the grease the Phalanx manages to keep his balance as he pushes the door back open and fires another shot at Fade this time.

Green Longbow vs Fade AC 17: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

The arrow sticks into Fade's thigh while the Phalanx at Door B continue to push through as once tries to push a crate further out of the way.

Str check: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Str check: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

Putting their shoulders into the two armored Phalanx aren't able to get a good angle on the crates as they slip into the mud.

Actually Fade had 4 temporary hp from his force ward so that will mean he only took 2 real damage from the arrow. He still has the 4 non-lethal from the first encounter's burn and that is also listed in his stat bar.

Fade spins with the force of the arrow penetrating his force ward, but thankfully the remaining damage is minimal. He takes a moment to gather his power before sending an aether blast at the archer who just shot him, but he stumbles a bit on the stairs and fails to connect with his target. The wall next to the archer though, is certainly regretting its position.
