Mrachni's steel catches on a vine and the figure ducks deftly away. His second stroke is better and cuts through muscle to bone. Two of the silent interlopers move to flank Quinn while the other pounds away at Omrax's armor. Quinn is a quick fellow, dodging one strike close enough to shave away some fur and narrowly twisting away from a shot at his jawline.

Eager to outdo their mediocre fighting skills at the beginning of the battle, the Pathfinder team lays into the dark figures with a fury. Two bloodied corpses join their companion on the ground.
