I think the grappled penalty does not apply when using Escape artist to free yourself.
Also your Dex bonus and the prayer bonus should bring the roll up to 34! :D
One doubt, although the text is not clear, I feel like the check is part of the immediate action to cast the spell, isn't it? Or you have to cast it as a standard to have available your immediate action for the check?

Using your immediate on someone else's turn costs your Swift action the following round, so that's fine. Artian will need to make a concentration check to get the spell off, however.

Also, Merisiel is up, with Pandora's action already in the proverbial hopper and Sareth/Artian/Kalendir on deck.

Yep. And Pandora's inspire courage gives a +2, not just +1.

Merisiel flings a dagger, but it sails wide of the rukh!

    Round 1 recap
    Sareth — cast prayer
Pandora — bard song, cast heroism
    Artian — cast searing light
    Kalendir — miss/miss miss miss
    baddie — charge, chomp, grab
Merisiel — dagger toss & miss
Roary — draw potion, drink potion

Rolling concentration check for Artian so we can keep moving (also affects Sareth's crossbow shot).

    concentration: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (15) + 9 = 24

I'll rule that that roll, coupled with the liberating command, will free Artian up and he'll be on the ground still.

Which means that Sareth's crossbow bolt hits the rukh's outstretched wing!

    Pandora hits twice!

    Kalendir, not so much!

As the rukh drops and the party digs Artian out of its corpse, you see an immaculately dressed Taldan noble peeking out from behind a table flipped on its side. He fumbles for his monacle as his halfling manservant helpfully flips the table back upright.

Ahem! he says, finally clambering to his feet and ignoring the halfling offering him his cane and top hat. Clearly, these monsters, and their villain accomplices, are attacking all over the grounds, don't you know. His statement, made with perfect articulation, is punctuated by a crossbow bolt streaking past him and striking the table. With a shriek that would make a young child proud, he dives back behind the table, looking rather silly since it is now set right rather than tipped over. P-perhaps you should, you know, spread out. Patrol the grounds, you see. Snuff out any trouble you see. And report any clues about what the deuce is going on back to the base of Skyreach...

All about, the Grand Lodge's campus is overrun with marauders and monsters, while support staff, initiates, and visitors run in peril for their lives. Nearby groups of Pathfinders cluster together and argue about what to do about it, which team should stand back and support the other, and who has the best idea of what is happening.

A venture-captain approaches from the direction of Skyreach. Janiff Ivulxtin, he bellows. You recognize the name from your time in Pathfinder training; his portrait was in the great hall as one of the former head administrator for the Grand Lodge prior to his promotion. Many of the venture-captains are busy investigating the potential source and goals of the attack, thus they alone cannot coordinate the masses of Pathfinder agents here. I need dependable, experienced agents to fill that leadership vacuum and remind your colleagues that the Society's motto includes the word "cooperate!" He nods toward a group of Pathfinders staring at the Center House. Told them to guard the House; they've not moved, though, Maybe you can find a way to spur them to action...? Just then a cry of Janiff's name erupts from near the front gates and he races off in that direction.

A group of four pathfinders stands warily off to the side between the Menagerie and the Center House. A half-elf appears to be their leader, and he is emphatically shaking his head as you approach. Nope. Should've asked someone with more experience, I think. Maybe it doesn't even need to be guarded, I dunno. Blasted place is probably haunted, anyway...

    Sareth:
So, ran Sky Key Solution last weekend at a convention. As the party made their way into the slave pens, they came upon the first set of guards and aced a Diplo roll vs. them. The exchange went like this:

    Guards: "Essscaped ssslaves! Get them!"
Face: "No, no...we're not slaves. We were sent down here, in fact, to release these slaves so their pens can be used for more robust, healthy slaves. These poor souls here need to be let go; they'll be awful food anyway."
    terrific roll on Diplomacy
Guards: "...that sssoundsss perfectly reasssonable...here, let usss help you!" LMAO

Sareth and Pandora shake the Pathfinders to their very fiber, inspiring nearly-forgotten reasons for joining the Society in the first place. They are inspired, motivated, and set off for the Center House almost in lock-step.

Satisfied they have guided their charges well, the party turns its attention back to the menagerie.

A shifting mass of tents and canvas tarpaulins covering dozens of pens and enclosures of varying sizes is pressed up against the lodge's western wall. Wagons bearing food and supplies brought in from the city are parked nearby. Other wagons contain caged enclosures like those that used in a traveling circus. Larger tents cover metal cages of enormous size. To the east, the grass is compacted from regular foot traffic to the training grounds.

Alongside a pair of perfectly sculpted, finely detailed, life-sized clay figures, you can see a humanoid form wrapped in strips of cloth. Another humanoid similarly garbed can be seen near a cage further back.

    DC 21 Kn (religion):
The humanoid wrapped in cloth is a mummified creature, a creature who has acquired this template after death. Each retains its intelligence, memories, and many of its other abilities. A mummified creature does not spread the curse of mummy rot, nor does the sight of it paralyze the living with fear, but its touch can reduce a living creature to dust and its very presence is frightening.

    DC 26 Kn (religion):
A mummified creature has DR 5/—. Due to its creation process, a mummified creature is susceptible to some form of energy damage. The type is indicated somewhere inconspicuous on its body or wrappings that identifies the particular energy type to which it is vulnerable. A successful Perception check is needed to find the mark, followed by a successful Linguistics check to decipher the hieroglyph's meaning.

    DC 31 Kn (religion):
A creature killed by a mummified creature's natural attack or slam attack is disintegrated into a cloud of dust and ash, completely destroying the victim's body (as per disintegrate).

    DC 21 Kn (arcana):
The sculpted clay figures are terra-cotta soldiers. They have construct traits.

    DC 26 Kn (arcana):
Terra-cotta soldiers are immune to fire and have DR 5/bludgeoning. They also possess spell resistance.

    DC 31 Kn (arcana):
After it has engaged in at least 1 round of combat, a terra-cotta soldier's weapons automatically become keen weapons until the end of the battle. Additionally, whenever a terra-cotta soldier is adjacent to another terra-cotta soldier, it gains a +2 dodge bonus to its AC and a +2 bonus on saving throws, attack rolls, and damage rolls.
