What do we want to spend the cash on? A magic quarterstaff for Juma sounds good, but pricey since it's a double weapon. I'd like a Charisma headband, but that probably needs to wait.
I should probably at least spring for a masterwork crossbow, now that I think about it.

My AC is seriously lagging. I would love a +1 breastplate and maybe even a +1 ring of prot, if possible.

Masterwork dueling sword for 1d6! For those times when fire just isn't fast enough.
I'm thinking of grabbing a wand of recharge innate magic so I can cast my fireballs allthetime. Thoughts?
Main trouble with fire is I always have to put it away to work on locks.

Out of a pot of 6,000gp, I feel like 3,350gp (minus the selling of my current armor) towards keeping the 3-man-party's primary frontliner well-AC'd is probably a sound investment. Come to think of it, I still have about a grand lying around from our last payment. So actually, I guess I'm only really asking for about a third of the pot.
So if I sold my current armor for 75gp, and added that to my 1105gp, I'd have 1180gp.
Total cost of what I'm wanting is 3350gp.
So after using up "my" gold, that would mean taking 2170gp from the latest payment.
Would you guys be okay with that?

Sounds good to me. That leaves 1915 more for each of us. I'll probably just pick up a masterwork crossbow and some more bolts, then save the rest of my share because I really want a headband of Charisma by level 5, so I can get that bonus 2nd-level spell and start handing out heroisms.

That's fine by me. I'll take 1000 to upgrade my armor to +1, because I like to pretend to be a fighter too.
If we grab 4 oils of magic weapon, that'll leave 2,630 that Dagon can use to buy a headband. I'll have some personal gold left over that I can use to buy another wand of CLW, but then I won't be able to afford a wand of recharge. Which is fine I guess. I'll get it next level.

Okay, I deleted my remaining cash (well, except for 9 silver pieces that I have left over) and added the armor and ring. Make sure you guys figure out how much cash is left and where it's recorded.

I picked up 2 oils (along with the crossbow, cold iron bolts, and silver blanch). I figure Kaelic can spend the same amount on 4 scrolls, to cover the two of you.

We have more HPs now. It'd sure be a shame to run out part way through.
So you're not getting a headband? Are you just picking up the crossbow & company and banking the other 3600 or so?

I just put the full wand on my sheet. As long as we both have a good number of charges for in-combat healing, I'll mark off the out-of-combat healing.
I still have this wand with like 7 charges on it. I was thinking we could give it to Juma in case something really crazy happens.

No, we didn't sell them. We left everything in the manor, to my knowledge. We just cataloged and cleared traps. I assumed if they were gone it was because the auctioneers had come by and stripped the place while we were in the cave.

I'd like to see about getting some restorations or our new friend. Partly because she'll be more useful, but also because leaving an ally in such a tortured state seems like grade-A doucheyness.

Those will be very expensive, I hope you understand. The scrolls alone will be 375gp each (so 1,125gp for 3), not to mention the 100 or 1000gp each for the material components. If those are permanent negative levels, that makes those negative levels more expensive than Dagon's headband.
I haven't figured up what we got from the cave. We kept that money, right? Did we keep/sell the stuff too? Or was that part of the manor's inventory?

We have 7783 gp from the cave, plus another 3125 if we can find a buyer for the scroll of permanency (I don't think there are any worthwhile spells to use it on, since we'd have to hire a wizard to use the scroll on us). Then we have that special book which we need to get appraised, I suppose. Could we enter that in the auction ourselves, do you think?
Like a fool, I put CG on my character sheet, so I guess I want to help this Shae as well. We can certainly afford it, even after buying my headband.
