Im all for SOP (Aillig would prefer them since he's a stickler for order and tactics). I'd suggest giving the lead to Joey and Soro, both of whom seem best suited for finding traps and spotting trouble. Aillig will follow just behind and offer aid another checks for perceptions and guidance orisons.

Just take 10 for a 15 Perception for listening, add 1 for traps.

Listening at the doors, Joey hears nothing at the double doors to the west. At the door to the north, he hears an odd, metallic, clanking sound, while at the eastern door, once again he hears nothing. At the southwestern door, he can hear a couple high itched chittering voices, that he recognizes as Goblin.

"Goblins.." Aillig mutters and spits on the ground. "Always up to no good. Them be first."
He readies his crossbow and steps to the door, looking back with a scowl that says "Let's get em!"

Mighty Kurgess! Let my fists shake the bedrock of this spire with every blow! Senma invokes a bit of a prayer before readying himself to bash some goblin skulls.

Throwing open the door, Aillig sees a room full to bursting with a motley collection of cots and other furniture cobbled from scraps of wood and cloth. The stench of rotting food is overpowering. A door leads to the west. Three goblins with surprised looks on their faces turn at the sound of the door opening, then their features turn to maniacal sneers as they ready to attack! All the debris on the floor looks to make it difficult to move easily. All difficult terrain.

Fysus moves up next to Joey and gets ready to cast a spell to cloud one of the goblins minds as soon as it starts to do something (and is in range - 25ft)
(Readied action; Casting Daze, will save DC 15 to negate being dazed for 1 round (for 1 humanoid creature with 4 HD or less. I've given them colors so we'd be able to tell them apart if that's ok. I can only reach the red or yellow one right now. Not sure if my spell will go off once the blue one walks into range - if he does so)

I wasn't incredibly clear as I was at lunch when I posted it, but I wanted to attack the goblin after he came within reach. May I do that or does my failure at syntax cost me the attack? Your call.
As for Round 2, Joey attacks the goblin near him with his weapons!
