As I post this I am at work. It is 4:00 am on Thursday morning.
I reside in the Southern Hemisphere on the East coast of my continent sized island of a country/nation.
Some of my best friends here in town are Aussies, and a couple lovely New Zealanders!

Well, that's almost everyone. I will give until the end of the day, and I will call up the alternate. Really, we are just waiting to see if Faukner checks in.
In the meantime, I will PM you all some pertinent world information for your character, and will start posting some general world info here as well. Feel free to ask questions of me. We will be opening just after the tavern scene, which will be effectively canon.
By now you should have all received a PM with a few quick questions to help me get to know your characters a little better. Please get back to me when you can; thank you Daven for yours.

Well, I appreciate the quick response. So I will get the first post up today. We will be keeping it kind of low-key at first, to allow for the upcoming holidays. I will kick things into a higher gear soon enough.
Once everyone gets established in the festivities, I will start the main plot. That kind of depends on how fast you all want to take it.

I will have the first "Plot" post up in 2-3 hours. Feel free to continue as you are; you guys are doing great! I'll gently steer you where you need to go, so don't feel like you need to drop everything and run toward the story. I want to tone to be relaxed and entertaining, as this is a festival, right?

Didn't expect to mix chaotic evil outsider and lawful good paladin. Typically that doesn't end well.
It's why Norme hates Paladins. He always has to make up flimsy excuses (usually a curse of some kind) to get them to back off. XD
If they are knowledgeable enough, he can also (legitimately) claim that he is a Summoner, and she is an Eidolon. That usually works too.
Drax handled it precisely like a Paladin of Saranrae should. Especially a redeemed Kobold. Now if he had been a paladin of Iomadae...
Him being of Sarenrae is also why I chose this concept. It creates some fun potential interactions.

Am entering a busy time over the next couple of weeks. Though, I'm guessing every other folks are also having the festive season upon them and stuff.
Will be doing my best to keep looking in and replying/interacting with folks.
Not to worry. I don't want to lose momentum, but I also understand it is a busy season for people. I'm not really going to enforce a post a day until the end of the month, or even the first week of the new year. The carnival is fun, and meant to bring the group together, while we wait out the holidays.
You'll notice whenever I get anything asked about the world, I always add on a bit. Please feel free to read whenever I do that. It is better than handing you a ten-page essay to read, to learn about the world. If I want something a secret, I'll put it in spoilers, or even PM the person.

Those characters are the most fun to play, because when it comes time to smite the big bad, it can come down to whether the "bad guy" has learned anything from his time with the one soul who truly believes in him, and decides whether this is really the path they want to walk.

Those characters are the most fun to play, because when it comes time to smite the big bad, it can come down to whether the "bad guy" has learned anything from his time with the one soul who truly believes in him, and decides whether this is really the path they want to walk.
