This whole place will burn easily enough. What is amazing is the Goblins haven't done it themselves already. Something is keeping them in line very well which is unnerving. Tyranius says as he follows Shalluk.

The walls of this room are lined with small wooden cages. Inside each cage is a dirty mound of straw. It looks like a nursery of some kind - though it's blessedly empty at the moment.

Maybe the goblins eat their young? Tyranius says. It seems this level is empty for whatever reason.

Seeing Shalluk open the center door Tyranius opens the SW door of the room.

The middle door led to a long hallway that took a right at the end. The left door of those three was... a little less pleasant.

Dozens of ratty cushions, lumpy pillows, and rumpled dogskin furs lie heaped in the south half of this chamber, which smells of a nauseating mixture of vinegar and rotten flowers. There was only a moment to take that in, however, because as Tyranius opened the door, a massive bugbear whipped a flail around in an ambush blow.

Melee vs FF (Tyranius): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13

Maybe it was fortune, maybe it was fate, but the warpriest was able to avoid the blow. The four goblins (all female) behind the bugbear looked more terrified than anything else.

The Bugbear is just south of the door - note that this means he effectively has cover from attacks made from the left or the right of the square just north of him, since the walls are in the way.

Somewhat impressively - and despite everything - Tyranius was able to tumble straight through the bugbear's space and nimbly appear behind him. The unfortunate part? Even with the added bonus from striking invisibly, Tyranius wasn't actually able to land a blow on him - nor was Tanwen, nor Shalluk. Seeing this, the bugbear actually started laughing - and smashed out at Tyranius with his flail.

"No, thank you." Shalluk wasn't especially disturbed by the things - he'd seen, and eaten, worse. It just didn't seem like there was anything in the room of any use, so he moved to the room next to this one and pushed the door open.

You're way down south, and have explored D4b and D4d. To move along, let's just check the other rooms real quick... XD

While this next bedroom is clean and brightly lit by an everburning torch lying on the nightstand, its spartan decor makes it unclear whether it's actually lived in. That's presumably something you acquire before heading across the hall...

This room is clean and well organized. A low dresser to the southwest has a stack of papers sitting atop it, weighted down by a large chunk of obsidian, while to the northwest sits a well-made bed. The papers are mostly rough drafts of a plan to invade the Glassworks and explore the catacombs beneath them, clearly written by Tsuto.

The last room is the one at the far end of the hall. This large chamber seems to serve a dual purpose. To the north is a fine bed with silk sheets, while to the south, a desk and chair under a hanging lantern make a comfortable-looking study. There doesn't seem to be anything particularly valuable here, either.

Last room is D5, by the way.
