Reposting description of the room..

A pair of massive iron double doors with no visible handles, locks, or hinges stand in the wall opposite this chamber’s entrance. The chamber’s walls glitter and shine and writhe, swarming with hundreds of strange glowing scarab beetles that scuttle across the walls, filling the room with the soft hum of thousands of tiny rasping legs and the strange prismatic glow cast by their luminescent wings.

With echolocation active Amarantha only picks up one one moving, not thousands though. She cannot pick it out though as it is constantly moving..

The walls of this circular chamber are coated with white plaster. A life-sized statue of an imposing pharaoh, his stern face deep in contemplation and his hands cradling what appears to be an entire city, stands near the southern end of the room.

Know History

You also see a figure sitting at the base of the statue..

This appears to be a powerful humanoid figure, but it is difficult to make out due to the cloud of obscuring dust that perpetually hangs around it. The faint howl of winds and the smell of the deep desert seems to linger in its presence. It has recognizable features such as arms and legs, but they seem somehow wrong and out of proportion.

She looks up as you enter the room and smiles, showing a toothy grin..

"Welcome adventures! I have been waiting quite some time for someone to visit again. Please come sit and lets talk a while."
