I placed this order on Friday (Oct 3) and was hoping to receive an update. The Order Status is still listed as Pending. How much longer before my order ships? I ordered a miniature to use in my next gaming session on next Friday (Oct 17). Much appreciated. :)

It looks like it is on a packing list to be packaged and shipped by the warehouse, so I would imagine you'll see a shipping update in the near future.

Thank you for your response. I just received the following email:

"A package containing 4 items from Paizo Order #3305359 is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, October 24 via Standard Postal Delivery, estimated 4 to 8 business days in transit."

WHY is going to take 3 WEEKS to ship my product?!

Was it on back order?

Was is temporarily out of stock?

Are you so busy that your can't complete orders in a timely manner?

If there was a ligitimate reason why my order was delayed, why wasn't this communicated to me within a day or two of my order being placed?

AND you posted above yesterday that my order is "on the packing list to be packaged and shipped by the warehouse"... this takes 2 weeks to complete?

As I read through the other threads in the Customer Service messageboard, it seems that I'm not the only one. Many of your customers have cancelled their orders because of similar delays and lack of communication, as well as orders not being correctly filled (wrong or missing items). Your customer service responsibility is obviously failing and needs to be fixed!

Please get back to me. I'm about to follow suit of your other unsatified customers and CANCEL my order. I placed this order last Friday, expecting to receive it early next week (which I believe is a reasonable expectation since nothing indicated that any of the items were on back order, and we're both on the West Coast), only to be informed TODAY that it won't ship until Friday Oct 24!!!

If this is type of customer service to be expected from Paizo, then I may be looking elsewhere for my future gaming needs.

Most of the products on our website have an estimated Product Availability of ships from our warehouse in 2 to 14 business days. This is listed in the product description of each item. Most of the Great Golem Sale orders will probably take the longer end of that estimate, because there are a lot of orders (and a lot of very larger orders) for the our fairly small warehouse to process.

Also, the estimate of shipping from the warehouse by [insert date here] is automatically set to all emails during each month's subscription run. This is just a general estimate because of how subscription orders are processed. Most orders will ship sooner than that estimate.
