Konny checks his wounds Unless I get some healing or the situation changes dramaticaly, I should stay out of this for now, he thinks.
That last blow undid almost all the healing Brighton gave Victrix.
Her next swing is a vicious, vigorous one.
The bigger baddie now out of reach, Barundar simply turns his attention to Victrix' foe, roaring the loudest battle cry he can manage to roar as he charges forward. Surely the sight of a large dwarf holding aloft an equally large-sized golden warhammer is a thing to behold! Just as he swings, the hammer again flares to life, the glow becoming almost painfully bright for a brief moment.

Victrix finishes the job, cleaving his head from his shoulders.
Exorius snarls at the party
Exorius flies away in the northerly direction, towards Drezen.
Victrix spits at the incubus as it flies off towards Drezen.
"Yeah... that's roight! Yeh tell 'em we're comin' fer yehr damned hides next! I can take ANYTHING yeh can dish ouoh hi ground you look comfy roight now--"
Her injuries catch up to her and she drops to one knee. "Oww... they're hittin' 'arder. An' this is the SECOND toime we've been ambushed."
"I do hate to repeat myself, but... Medic!" Konny sits down glad the fight is over.
"One o' thae bloody days a'm aff tae git yin o' ye lasses tae teach me how tae speak Abyssal..." mutters Barundar under his breath, spitting as big a loogie as he could manage to muster in the direction Exorius flew away in.
"What did he say juist then? 'N' aye...this time it wasn't juist an ambush, either. Thay wur bein' smarter aboot it, too."
Brighton does his best to heal wounds
"Thank you Brighton, that helped quite a bit." Konny nods at the cleric.
"Stupid Demons..." Belledonna mutters as Exorius flies away. "He thought to tempt me as he doubtless had others like them," she replies to Barundar's query, pointing to the fallen Teiflings. "I don't suppose either of them might be able to answer questions if asked?"
Victrix breathes a sigh of relief as Brighton's channeling fills her with strength. "If yeh secure 'em, I'll see what I can get outta 'em." She gets back to her feet.
Only one of the tieflings remains alive, the warrior upon further inspection was a human but is now dead. One of the tiefling clerics is still alive and can be healed/saved for questioning. The clerics carried prominent symbols of Deskari which you are now pretty familiar with.
Eyes narrowed, Belledonna reaches forward to yank the (un)holy symbols away. "He needs these for his magic, yes?" She hisses.
Victrix picks up the unconscious cleric and throws him over her shoulder. "I bet he does." She glares at the fallen priest. "Now, if yeh don't mind, I've got a few questions ta ask 'im." She starts walking back to the command tent.
"This is gonna be interesting" says Konny and follows Vic.
Barundar gives a quiet chuckle, folding his arms over his chest to observe the scene. "Aye. Interesting 'n' guid. Th' lassie cuid write a bloody book oan how tae git infermation fae a body, be thay friend or enemy."
A book. That reminds me I still have not looked at the book I have from the library. Hmm, I should make time for it in the morning.
Victrix roughly sits the fallen priest down. "Wakey wakey, boyo. Yeh've got some explainin' ta do." She growls, trying to slap the man awake.
As he was entering the tent, Konny experienced a new sensation. He felt a creature in his mind, new its feelings. I can feel you, boy. Come to me. The books were right, I seem to have a new friend now.
Brighton applies some magical healing, which wakes the man. He sputters

By the end of her rant, Belledonna is dead quiet and almost lying on top of the prisoner, she is so close. If none of you knew her as well as you do, you might mistake them for lovers, her hand idly caressing his face & up and down his chest.
"The Lord of the Locust Host is welcome to choke on his own bile!"
"I have told you insects before and now you will tell your Lord. I am every wrong you have ever inflicted upon us. Every ill, every curse, every petty slight, every mortal wound. I am all your acts of Damnation and I am coming for you, Vorlesh. I will be your true death 'Lord Deskari'."
"When at last you lie broken and bleeding before me, you will look back on your life before and you will see "
Victrix's eyes widen a little. "Okay... care ta translate for those of us who don't speak that language?" She says as she tugs Belle off of the prisoner.
Sniffing in feigned disinterest, Belledonna replies. "An idle threat. He claims his 'god' will destroy us utterly."
"Really." Victrix turns back to the prisoner. "Care ta repeat that in Common?" She glares. "Or did the demons take that along with yehr loyalty?"
Barundar gives a chuckle, lightly patting the head of Radiance against his open palm. "Dinnae aboot the rest o' ye, but I'm thinkin' Deskari or whoever needs tae start tryin' harder."
The tiefling glares at Victrix, you can tell he understands common but seems unwilling to talk.
Rolling her eyes in obvious boredom, Belledonna addresses the prisoner once more. "ឆ្លើយសំណួររបស់ខ្ញុំនិយាយការពិតហើយខ្ញុំសន្យាថាខ្ញុំនឹងចាត់អ្នកទៅជាព្រះរបស់អ ្នកជាមួយនឹងអប្បរមានៃការឈឺមួយ។

Waiting only just long enough to be certain he understood her, she continued. "តើអ្នកនិងថា...

"Answer my questions truthfully and I promise to send you to your god with a minimum of pain."

Victrix looks over at Belledonna briefly before settling in front of the prisoner.
"Let me explain what's going to happen here--you're going to answer our questions. If yeh're truthful, odds are yeh'll get outta this mess alive. And no lyin'."
She leans forward. "We'll know if yeh try it."
She glances over at Belle. "Whakamahere ahau ki te ui ki a ia, ko te tutei nei i roto i to tatou rarangi."
Nodding nonchalantly, Belledonna murmurs. "Ka pai ka, ui ki a ia. Ua ite tatou e e nehenehe ia tatou ia maramarama i. I a te mea koutou, ki te ngana ia ki te takoto, ka mohio ai matou ki."
The tiefling answers Belle's first question but stares defiantly at Victrix
to Victrix he responds
"Tuakiri o te tutei ko te meka tino nui. Ka kite tatou i te wahi e arata'i ..." Konny confirms the course of questioning
Eyes narrowing, Belledonna's jaw clenches in obvious effort to maintain self-control at the Teifling's words. "តើនរណាជា Exorius?" She snarls.
Turning to the others, she shrugs. "Kerēme e ia kaua e ki te e wehi mate. Ta ia e noa e fanau ia i roto i te poka torere. Ua papû ia'ue whakapono ia tenei e ahau."
Suddenly, Belledonna's eyes alight with inspiration. Turning once more to the Teifling, her tone again becomes honeyed and sweet. "នាងបានសន្យាថានឹងមិនឱ្យសម្លាប់អ្នក។," nodding back to Victrix, "ខ្ញុំបានធ្វើមិនបាន។ បើសិនជាខ្ញុំបានសម្លាប់អ្នកហើយអ្នកមិនគាប់ខ្ញុំខ្ញុំអះអាងចំពោះអ្នកថាអ្នកនឹងមិ នអាចរកឃើញអ្វីក៏លាកំអួតអ្នកហៅព្រលឹងធ្វើដំណើរទៅទទួលរង្វាន់នៅទីជ្រៅបំផុតណាមួយ។ "
"She promised not to kill you,"
"I did not. If I kill you and you have not pleased me, I assure you that you will not find whatever mewling vomit you call a soul travelling to any reward in the Abyss."
Fear creeps into the tieflings eyes
Preemptively holding up a hand before Barundar & the other Dwarves, Belledonna responds. "Good. Who is Vhane's agent within our forces?"
Victrix folds her arms and waits for an answer. "Well?"
The tiefling responds to Belle
Belle, you sense that the tiefling isn't telling you the full truth.
Smiling sadly, Belledonna looks deep into the prisoner's eyes before kissing him on the forehead. "បានជាខ្ញុំប្រាប់អ្នកពីអ្វី? អំពីការមិនបានបំពេញចិត្តខ្ញុំ?" She whispers.
Victrix's eyes widen slightly as Belle kisses the prisoner.
"Uh... do you two need some toime alone, Belle?" She asks, an eyebrow arched.

Barundar seems off-put by the direction this is going; he inwardly understands there is some method to Belle's actions, but he clearly doesn't understand them.
Konny just waits to see how Bel will handle this.
