It doesn't have any weaknesses, but you do remember that they are resistant to damage unless it comes from a Cold Iron weapon.

At the top of the ladder, Declan wrapped a heavy scarf around his mouth and nose and did his best to psych himself up. You can do this. Go to your happy place. High tea... Crumpets... Riding Chestnut... Thinking of riding his horse to glory in the district polo championship did the trick. Time to be the hero.

He descended the ladder, turned and was immediately hit by a wave nausea.

With a grimace, he swallowed the bile that rose in his throat and pressed forward, as a muffled exclamation could be heard through his scarf, "Gods, this is worse than the chamber pot at The Three-Legged Devil!" Declan sighed as the strange, grotesque creature seemed to heal from the eagle's wounds as quickly as it delivered them. He slowly walked closer and began the hand movements and words that had become second nature to him. As the magical energies coalesced into a ball of acid floating just above the palm of his hand, he did his best to take aim, but trying to account for his savage new ally's parries and thrusts was proving difficult. Who was this man's fencing instructor? There is no rhyme or reason to it! After another sigh, he sent the orb sailing towards his target.

Most of the tools in the room are beyond salvage. Looking through some of the crates, you find a number of rat nests--no rats, though. You do spot a bag with 17 silver pieces lost behind one of the crates, and a silver dagger in surprisingly good shape kicked underneath one of the tables.

The gate at the bars is trivially easy to pick. The set of stairs leads down to a set of wooden double doors. The doors look quite sturdy.
