"Maybe there's a key or something in this room?" as he points to wards H30 to the east. "Perhaps I should wait to pop this lock until we check that room out" he thinks to himself
The door appears to be locked, but a grimy glass window set in the door clearly has a view outside, looking out on the back of the fair fortune livery.

Landing, a bit unsteadily, Leila starts looking about the place, moving the Dancing Lights further into the room as she goes.
”So, Rexus said this is some sort of secret base or whatever? Honestly, looks a bit shabby. And no ghost lovers popped out, only puppers. But hey, maybe we can tell people it’s massively haunted and they’ll be too scared to come here. Ya know?”

Up in the rafters you spot a glimpse of metal. Flying up, you retrieve what seems to be a signet ring, nailed to a strut.
The ring is gold and is worth perhaps 150 gold.

Is anyone else thinking it could be fun to start tormenting Barzilai with letters seemingly written from the grave from long dead noble houses using all of these signet rings?

"If we're not in a huge rush, I'll take some extra care in trying to open this. Could someone check the lock for magic first? I'm not that great at it myself."
Dyst does not have trapfinding with this archetype, so he doesn't detect magic traps at this time.

"Of course."
Declan, made a quick arcane gesture and spoke an arcane word causing his eyes to glow a faint blue, as the world came alive in his vision with faint swirls of magical energy coming into focus around him.
Declan casts Detect Magic and slowly pans around the stable, starting with the area to the south around the gate. Spending three rounds concentrating if any auras are detected.

Peering through the door, you see an old workroom that houses numerous old slaughterhouse tools, veterinary equipment, and woodworking tools, all of which are covered with a thick layer of dust through which strange tracks and patterns have been traced. Heavy mallets, crumbling ropes, and tools for restraining animals hang from pegs in the walls or rest atop leaning tables. To the southwest, a trap door sits ajar, propped open by a block of wood.

Under the trapdoor, a ladder leads down below. You're assaulted by a powerful reek of urine and feces. You can see what looks like some sort of nest made out of chewed wood and strips of cloth.
| Leila Tanriel |
"Now now, I don't think that's entirely necessary." Leila smiles and shoos Rathgur away from Declan."Don't you have some sort of pet you can send, eh? I guess I could send Mr. Flap Flap, but he's not exactly combat trained."

"Well why didn't you say you wanted a minion. A minion I can do."
Declan concentrated for a moment, and then said, "Oh my, I am so desperate. Why I could sell my soul..." a second later a small tear opened up in the earth at his feet, the crevasse looked like molten rock on each side, and the distinct odor of sulfur and brimstone was present. Sccreeching out of the hole came a large bird. This was no bird found in nature, with burning red eyes, wicked barbed talons, and feathers that looked blackened and singed.
Declan uses summon monster spell like ability (6/7 uses remain) to summon a fiendish eagle at the top of the ladder.
The eagle peers into the darkness below.

"Remember how I said I thougth thtat was the worst smell I've had the displeasure of smelling... well I was wrong."
Peering into this putrid and rancid smelling hole then up at Declan. "Hey Dec ol' boy, you know there are better ways to go "slumming" with us common folk. After this, I don't think any amount of bathing will fix this stench." Letting out a hearty laugh, and giving Declan a friendly pat on the shoulder.
I would assume that Declan and I can tell we are both Aasimar, but I don't know how that would play out. If it's decided we would not know, then skip the following.
This takes place after witnessing Declan summon his Eagle
"Hey, Declan... you know there are some things we just don't do... right, I mean, really?!?"

The birds descend into the basement. Nests made of chewed crates and barrels line the walls, while rusty knives and hooks cover the tabletops.
You see several corpses of rats the size of dogs here. They've been eaten, and only bones and scraps remain.
There is a doorway leading west here, wide open.

Assuming you are sending your animals through the door.
Dirty salt and sawdust coat the floor of this gloomy hall. Bits of the wall masonry have been chewed or clawed away, revealing narrow, winding animal tunnels beyond. Steel rails are mounted in the ceiling, with a few lonely iron hooks dangling from them. A pile of stained pillows and motheaten blankets lies in a ten-foot-square depression in the floor to the northwest.

So... do the birdies come back to report or do you get to project your sight through theirs? Mr. Flap Flap doesn't quite work like that, but he can give me a... feeling I guess. Is that what you do too?" Leila looks back and forth between Declan and Lily.
I would be trying to stay near to the trap door to re-position/recast Dancing Lights as needed.
Watching Rathgur descend the trapdoor into the basement.
"Rath, be careful down there. Let me know if you find any of those thingys. The fake ghost goblins whatever they were called."

I see through their eyes, I can see everything they are seeing. I can summon a bird or a mouse. Its very nice looking around places and not have to worry about being seen. Mr. Flap Flap seems pretty cool, you don't see a bat as pet very often its neat.
| Leila Tanriel |
"Oh yes, Mr. Flap Flap was one of the first creatures I met when I arrived here. He was flitting about here and there. Likely looking for a meal the poor dear. Well, I happened to have some fruits with me from the great tree, so I shared. As a result, we sort of bonded. Now, he's my tiny minion, and a link to the Spirit of this city. Like it or not, he's stuck with me."Leila giggles softly. "Seriously though, I can probably get some of that fruit if you want one."

Rathgur, you step down into the chamber below. It is quiet, and smelly, and it occurs to you that maybe Rexus should have came down to the pee-and-dead-rat place himself if he wanted whatever might be down here so bad.
From the room ahead, you hear a mournful cry, and a great cacophonous roar of objects bouncing off the walls, although you can't see anything from your current vantage point.

You step forward, into the room. Although you don't see anything that could be causing the noise, but it sounds like someone is throwing dozens of pans, rocks, chains, and other objects around.
The walls of this room are riddled with holes, each perhaps 8 inches in diameter. The section of wall you're interested has crumbled, partially revealing the limestone slabs acting as the buildings foundation.
