Hahahahahwwahahahaha... sorry but I had this really surreal visual of you talking like an angry inexperienced primary school teacher. Lets see what the others do...

Sovereign Court

F human (taldan) Paladin (Sacred Servant) 9 | AC 28 T 11 FF 22 | HP 79/79| F +14 R +10 W +11 | Init +1, Perc +12, SM +5 | Smite : 2/2

Yeah, Maxime is more diplomatic than intimidating ! :P
If she had time she could explain to these gentlemen how "Evil" is bad and Good the best way of life ^^

Funnily enough, while I invest in diplomacy as a paladin, I tend towards more heavy investment in intimidation myself. Different strokes

Grand Lodge

Male Human Cavalier 4/Bard 1/Battle Herald 2 | HP 49/63 | AC 22 T 13 FF 20 | Saves: F: +9 R: +8 W: +6 | CMD: 22 | Init: +6 Percep: +10 | SM: +6

Lars rushes forward, moving the whole time, to take up a position behind a tree opposite the figures at the head of the table.

Double move.

Dark Archive

M Oni-Spawn Tiefling Monk (Maneuver Master) 3 | HP 27/27 | AC 16 | F +6 R +5 W +7 | I +1 | P +9

Balak circles cautiously around the table towards the cultists at the head.

Silver Crusade

Male Human (Shoanti) Swashbuckler 2
Stats:
HP 20/20, NL 0 | AC 19, T 14, FF 15 | CMB +4, CMD 17 | F +1, R +7, W +0 | Init +4 | Perc +4 | Melee: Rapier w/ PA +5 (1d6+4/18-20/x2)

Heedless of his companions, Kurvast springs into action. The duelist draws his rapier as he breaks into a spring towards the nearest cultist, leaping forward and striking to cut down the revelers before they realize what is upon them.

Charge, Power Attack rapier: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

Kurvast will attempt to parry the next melee attack made against him on the first round. (1d20+6)

Your attack hits... and Maxime issues a squeaky challenge while the others reposition.

Round 1 after surprise round.

For the surprise round you get a single standard action (but Kurvast is good with his charge due to the rules on that). I've moved Lars back to where I think a single move would be.

Lars
Cultist
Maxime
Woman
Other PCs
Man next to woman

Lars is up then the cultists.

Grand Lodge

Male Human Cavalier 4/Bard 1/Battle Herald 2 | HP 49/63 | AC 22 T 13 FF 20 | Saves: F: +9 R: +8 W: +6 | CMD: 22 | Init: +6 Percep: +10 | SM: +6

Sorry, forgot surprise round!

Lars moves closer to the head of table, circling around the tree but not engaging the people yet.

Most of the cultists scatter and run in different directions, panicking and howling with dismay... Except the one facing Kurast. He draws a sickle and attacks...

1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
1d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7

Maxime then the mysterious woman

Silver Crusade

Male Human (Shoanti) Swashbuckler 2
Stats:
HP 20/20, NL 0 | AC 19, T 14, FF 15 | CMB +4, CMD 17 | F +1, R +7, W +0 | Init +4 | Perc +4 | Melee: Rapier w/ PA +5 (1d6+4/18-20/x2)

Kurvast's parry attempt, spending 1 point of panache (1/2 remain) and an AoO. If successful, follow up with a riposte.

Parry: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26

Riposte: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

The cultist spins to face him, but the tattooed swashbuckler is ready. Though the sickle swings with vicious intent, the rapier effortlessly knocks it aside--though the follow-up blow loses much of the grace of its lead-in, and both combatants emerge without further injury.

Will not attempt to parry further attacks this turn.

Nice. Playing a swashie in Dragons Demand and they are cool

Sovereign Court

F human (taldan) Paladin (Sacred Servant) 9 | AC 28 T 11 FF 22 | HP 79/79| F +14 R +10 W +11 | Init +1, Perc +12, SM +5 | Smite : 2/2

Maxime call for Iomedae's judgement upon the woman

In Iomedae's name, I will stop your evil deeds here, and now.

Swif action, Smite Evil, +2 attack, +2 AC, +2 damages against the womand

Then moved near the mysterious womand and strike If I can as I haven't access to the map. If not, double move

Cold Iron Longsword: 1d20 + 8 - 1 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 8 - 1 + 2 = 221d8 + 4 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 4 + 2 + 2 = 11

Had to double move you. Will keep your rolls for either AoO or next round

The woman steps back 5ft, hefts her scythe in one hand and with the other casts a spell.

You all (with the exception of Balak) feel somehow lessened, insignificant, as if doubting yourselves.

Bane: -1 to hit and saves vs fear

Rest of you can go.

Grand Lodge

Male Human Cavalier 4/Bard 1/Battle Herald 2 | HP 49/63 | AC 22 T 13 FF 20 | Saves: F: +9 R: +8 W: +6 | CMD: 22 | Init: +6 Percep: +10 | SM: +6

Lars steps behind the woman who cast the spell. Feeling its effects weaken his resolve slightly, he strikes at her!

Attack, minus bane: 1d20 + 5 - 1 ⇒ (4) + 5 - 1 = 8
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

Doesn't bane allow a Will save?

Sovereign Court

F human (taldan) Paladin (Sacred Servant) 9 | AC 28 T 11 FF 22 | HP 79/79| F +14 R +10 W +11 | Init +1, Perc +12, SM +5 | Smite : 2/2

Don't we have a will's save against bane ?

My bad... you do indeed. DC14

Dark Archive

M Oni-Spawn Tiefling Monk (Maneuver Master) 3 | HP 27/27 | AC 16 | F +6 R +5 W +7 | I +1 | P +9

Balak moves up to join Kurvast in his fight against the Cultist, drawing his Nunchaku and whipping it at the man's weapon.

Disarm 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10

Sovereign Court

F human (taldan) Paladin (Sacred Servant) 9 | AC 28 T 11 FF 22 | HP 79/79| F +14 R +10 W +11 | Init +1, Perc +12, SM +5 | Smite : 2/2

No problem I wasn't sure :)

Will DC14: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

Grand Lodge

Male Human Cavalier 4/Bard 1/Battle Herald 2 | HP 49/63 | AC 22 T 13 FF 20 | Saves: F: +9 R: +8 W: +6 | CMD: 22 | Init: +6 Percep: +10 | SM: +6

Will save: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18

Ok, so I'm un-baned, but my attack before is still likely a miss...

Silver Crusade

Male Human (Shoanti) Swashbuckler 2
Stats:
HP 20/20, NL 0 | AC 19, T 14, FF 15 | CMB +4, CMD 17 | F +1, R +7, W +0 | Init +4 | Perc +4 | Melee: Rapier w/ PA +5 (1d6+4/18-20/x2)

Using Charmed Life, 1 use/day remains.

Will: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19

Kurvast you are up mate - attack.

Silver Crusade

Male Human (Shoanti) Swashbuckler 2

I'm GMing a Dragon's Demand campaign at the moment, and we have a swashbuckler as well who's been doing nicely.

Kurvast draws back and stabs again at the cultist.

Power Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

If that puts him down, he'll regain 1 panache, move into the cultist's square, and parry the next attack.

Kurvast takes him in the throat and feels a surge of confidence.

The grey faced man... A zombie stuffed with flowers now that you are close, stomps up to the Paladin and attacks

5ft step and slam

Zombie 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10

Lars
Maxime
Woman
Other PCs
Man next to woman

Grand Lodge

Male Human Cavalier 4/Bard 1/Battle Herald 2 | HP 49/63 | AC 22 T 13 FF 20 | Saves: F: +9 R: +8 W: +6 | CMD: 22 | Init: +6 Percep: +10 | SM: +6

Lars swings again at the woman, hoping to do his part in the battle. He suddenly remembers his knightly oaths.

"Foewoman, I challenge thee! I swear to bring thy wickedness to an end!"

Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Damage: 1d8 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 3 + 1 = 6

All allies receive a +1 bonus to hit the target of my challenge while I am threatening her.

Maxime?

Sovereign Court

F human (taldan) Paladin (Sacred Servant) 9 | AC 28 T 11 FF 22 | HP 79/79| F +14 R +10 W +11 | Init +1, Perc +12, SM +5 | Smite : 2/2

Sorry, I assumed - wrongly - you will take my last roll !

Maxime moved to be able to strike the woman and tried to flank her with Lars.

Then, she strike.

Cold Iron Longsword: 1d20 + 8 - 1 - 1 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 8 - 1 - 1 + 2 + 1 = 141d8 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 4 + 2 = 13 You can add +2 to my attack roll if I can moved to flank the woman with Lars

Keep the roll... just wanted the move but I forgot you cant use the map :( My bad.

Maxime hits and decapitates the woman.

Group can destroy the Zombie...

The cult is disbanded, the cultists fleeing and hiding from justice.

You meet up with the Queen and are able to pass on messages from the Society and it seems a fledging alliance is formed.

Well - All in all a good game folks.

Anyone needing to make fort rolls (Maxime only I think), do so using the +5 from the anti-toxin.

I need two consecutive DC18 saves to get past it.

Incidently that would have been an AWESOME encounter if you had to fight off 12 commoners as well, as it was, its a bit of a snooze fest.

Chronicles? Gimme a day or three.

Day Job rolls, Names and PFS numbers please.

No worries :)

Fort DC18: 1d20 + 6 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 6 + 5 = 18
Fort DC18: 1d20 + 6 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 6 + 5 = 28

Thanks for GMing this game GM Helaman, it was fun especially the preparation of the remedy :)
