Jiggo winces as the mage reveals herself in Meat Wagon's range. "I'll try to keep them alive..."

“Yikes! What is that thing!” Yellow mage screams as Meatwagon charges her. She probably should have done less screaming and more dodging. She goes down when the bumper hits her and it doesn’t look like she will be getting back up.

Clover sighs when the mage in yellow robes acts stupidly, and then winces as Meatwagon rolls into her. But she feels absolute rage as Green makes the callous comment about not having to pay her. "Right. I think we need only one prisoner right now."

The last of them is defeated. You have Red who is unconscious and several bodies.
You start searching the bodies and healing youselves.
As you are doing this, a couple of the royal guards and a doctor come in. The guard in charge looks and says “It seems the number of bodies increased while we were reporting on the one found.”
The doctor goes over and examines the stage manager.
Searching Purple, you find a written note detailing the exact location of an Aspis Consortium safehouse, plus orders to attack the Pathfinders if they are still snooping around the theater. The note also has instructions to destroy the missive that were clearly ignored.
The royal guards are much less concerned with the bodies when shown this note. They are happy that you took a prisoner.
This time one of them is sent off to update the princess on what is happening.
After cleaning up the worst of the mess on stage, the curtains are raised. From her balcony the Grand Princess speaks loudly and clearly for everyone around to hear “Thank you to the Pathfinder Society for their efforts to investigate this crime. New evidence has come to light and we believe we know the true culprits. We are tasking this Pathfinder Society team with tracking down and retrieving the stolen research as a final step in, not only clearing their names, but showing how resourceful the Pathfinder Society can be in finding stolen research.”
“To ensure the complete trust of all parties gathered, the Master of Scrolls, Kreighton Shane, has recommended that he stay in custody until this research is retrieved and this matter resolved.”
“Good luck Pathfinders. I truly hope you are on the right track.”
Clover Nettlesoup

Clover courtesies to the Queen and the rest of the audience. "We'll do our best, Grand Princess!"
This sounds like ten minutes passed during this whole thing, right? If so, Clover refocuses and heals up ten hitpoints worth of damage from her pearly white spindle.
| GM Bret |
You and the royal guards revive your prisoner. At first he isn’t interested in talking, but he does swear at the now dead Purple for his handling of the note when he is shown it. It doesn’t take very long after that to get him talking.
He confirms that the research should still be at the mentioned safehouse. “Least that is where we delivered it before being sent back here to clean up some loose ends.”
As that is wrapping up, Lolly Adafish presents each of you with a small bag with four lesser healing potions. She also gives the group a wand of heal she also says very quietly “Good Luck to all of you. I hope we get out of this mess without any more trouble.”
It seems no one feels that they need an outside witness as you are being sent without an escort.
Go ahead and heal yourselves and refocus if needed. If you just want to wait for the pearly white spindles to do all the healing, that is fine with me.
Clover Nettlesoup
|
Clover takes charge of the wand of heal, thanking Lolly. "If everyone who is injured can gather into a 15 foot cone, I can do the fiery pool of phoenixes again if folks would like. Alas... I cannot include myself in the flames." She looks at the others. "Does anyone here have medical training?"

It takes a few tries, but Stitch manages to get the lock open. One of his picks gets broken in the process.
Upon entering the storehouse, several rooms seemingly packed with fireworks for all occasions are visible. Warehouses like this are uncommon, but not particularly noteworthy as Oppara is host to many large and occasionally ostentatious celebrations. There were fireworks displays for the start of the symposium this morning.
Professor Bun Bun signals a warning and you all stop. They spot a tripwire set to cause crates to tumble in a loud commotion. Disabling the tripwire is incredibly easy.
After disabling the tripwire, you search the warehouse. There doesn’t appear to be anything of interest on the ground floor, but there are stairs leading down.
Warehouse is slide 9 for ground floor, 10 for basement.
As the group descends the stairs, you hear a group of Aspis agents are talking loudly about the heist and how the Pathfinder Society might finally get what they deserve in Oppara. It sounds like they are eating a meal of some sort.
