Niculaie shakes his head. “I can fascinate maybe three of them at a time by singing, but if there are nine of these acolytes here I’ll almost certainly get the attention of the other six. I can frighten all of them once we’re actually in a fight - that’s just a different song - but they won’t get so scared that they will run away.”

He bows his head for a moment to think, then looks back up at the wizard. “Come to think about it, getting them to run away might be enough. I can probably create a convincing enough illusion that they’ll leave - maybe a big fire? Or an infestation of rats or spiders - either of those might be more believable in a water temple.”

Both are bardic performances: Fascinate allows him to fascinate up to three creatures (subject to a Will save); Dirge of Doom leaves all opponents within 30' shaken (no save).

Sorry for the long absence, but I think I’m fully back now.

Apparently Niculaie already cast Heightened Awareness (duration: 90 minutes), which he will use up the next time the party rolls initiative to give himself +4, with a +2 to Knowledge and Perception checks in the meantime.

The bard takes a few seconds to cast Moment of Greatness on his comrades. “This spell may give you a bit of an edge against fear or some enchantments while I’m singing one of my inspiring dirges, or give you a morale boost for other benefits depending on the magic that Sophie or Vivian call upon.”

Moment of Greatness:
“If the affected creature is benefiting from a morale bonus of any type, it can double that morale bonus on one roll or check, before making the roll. Once an affected creature uses this spell’s effect, the spell is discharged for that subject.” Duration is 9 minutes. Unfortunately, Inspire Courage only grants the morale bonus on saves against fear or charm effects; the bonus on attack and damage rolls is a competence bonus, which is not affected by the spell.

He turns to Vivian. “Would you like to enter the next room unseen?” Assuming Vivian answers in the affirmative, Niculaie casts Vanish on the Pharasmin immediately before the group opens the door, granting her 5 rounds of invisibility (or until she attacks someone).
