This is a GameDay 5 Core run of Scenario #3 Murder on the Silken Caravan [Tiers 1-5].

Please note this is a CORE table. I will plan to run a standard table for the second half, but will not be recruiting for that yet.

Hey DM, Doodle should finish up her current game before the 27th. She will be a 4th level draconic sorcerer by that time.

Cool! Welcome aboard.

I have a level 1 bard. If she'll fit in, I'll bring her along. If you want to run a higher tier no worries.

I have a 2nd level cleric of shelyn.

I also have a sorcerer, I think he is 1.2 or maybe even 2nd.

Submitting this level 2.2 Monk. Built to be a switch hitter (throw a shuriken, then pummel foes in melee)

Tank(ish), AC around 20 after mage armor potion. Hits hard in melee, 1d6+4.

So far, we have:

1. Doodle (Gnome Sorcerer 4)
2. Meran Thanlos (Half-elf Bard 1)
3. Riceak Hawklight (Half-elf Cleric 3)
4. Theodic (Human Sorcerer 1 or 2)
5. Taidus Raine (Human Monk 2)

We have room for 1 more, but it is looking like low tier at this point, and I am happy to run this with 5 characters.

OK, Grog rounds us out to 6. Go ahead and dot in with the others.

That makes our APL 2.5, if Theodic is level 2. Given the way the rules work, you all can choose to round that down to 2 or up to 3. If you round down, then you will play lower subtier 1-2. If you round up, since this is season 0, mean to be played with 4, so you would be playing the upper subtier (4-5).

Of course, if Theodic is level 1, then it will remove the choice and you will all play down.

For most of you, it does mean greater rewards if you play up (I don't yet have the chronicle sheet, so I can't tell you specifics). On the other hand, the risks are higher too.

Theodic - what is your level?

I am using my cleric, 2nd level, rather than the 1st level sorcerer since it looks like we might need a healer. He is a cleric of Sheyln. Theodic is a 1st level sorcerer but I am not using him in this game.

What is meant by a CORE table?

That means that characters must only use rules from the Core rulebook and the web traits supplement, and the PFS guide - no additional materials are allowed.
