I can afford all those no issue, I was thinking of casting contingency till I found out it was a 6th level spell.
Basically I can go in, offer myself as prey and then pray that I don't die, I can just layer myself with protection spells and such as well.

Please point me to the rules where you learn formulas from the potion. I'm not questioning that it's possible. I just want to read up on it and am to lazy to search myself.

Lini has everything. You can copy from a book, you can buy a scroll, or a potion.

I checked what exaxtly are the abilities of your enemies. And yes, you should level before the fight. I'll take a look into what your favorite cleric could do to get a little more damage dealing here.
But no hurry. These vampires won't run away if it takes a bit longer to do that level up.

The concept of Tumor Familiar just totally freaks me out.

Well, there is another option to get there. Climb the railing, and jump. Acrobatics DC is 20. You can have that as a full round action.
The stone walls are ordinary walls, that grant total cover.
To make it more clear: Everyone places himself in relation to Stam. And Stam puts an X to where he dim doors. And I have fun to see where the others land at your expense.
