I'm fine with taking up the front, along with anyone who wants to accompany me. Out of character I've got some of the better defenses and HP, and Tiann is very ambitious.
Male Dwarf Barbarian Armored Hulk / 1
Karzak likes to smash things; he'd undoubtedly be even more annoying if he's tucked away in the middle. Other than that, I'd say Jake, so that he has room to work that sword.
Male Elf Wizard - 1
Ice wants to be tucked away in the middle :)

Jory has stealth and ranged skills. He can go up front or back row even.

There are the messing with the Sasquatch commercials. Jory is messing with the demon.
I would suggest that one of you post a lineup, like:
Ja Ka
Ic Ti
Jo Ta
And then the others can propose changes, until you come to a concensus.
(You're welcome to start with that lineup and work from there, but I don't want to do your arrangement via DM fiat)
Male Elf Wizard - 1
That works fine for me.
Just a head's up, with the weekend almost here, my ability to post will slow down a little. If you don't hear from me, take what actions you deem necessary for Ice.

Should we rid the world of one pesky demon?
Might anger our host though.
F Human Cleric/1
Tough to decide regarding the little red menace. Tiann wants to follow the instructions given by Ambrus, but at the same time would enjoy nothing more than finishing off the creature, the hard way, without the silver dagger (by the way, well done, Jake!).

Thanks! Makes no difference to me on his fate!

I don't like demons. He is not staying here--he assaulted a pathfinder agent. Dwarven diplomacy again.
By the way, if he helps us find our spy, I may let the demon get some slack.

FYI, heading to a meatspace tabletop game. Won't be able to post in-depth for some hours. I'll post when I'm back.

Sorry about the extended time. Jory's sense of justice was offended. We go in and have to fight a devil to get a box we were entitled to. Plus devils are an undeniable evil--no gray area there.
But I am back on the program.

Right. Managed to not die (again; am playing Wraith). Will be posting normally again until a few weekends hence.
I'm at a bit of a loss, and it's time to show my weakness as a GM. Everybody has to enter the room, and I have no idea how to make that happen without just narrating it. I don't really know how this module is supposed to work as written with any normally suspicious, careful group. You're supposed to all enter so you can be locked in and solve the puzzle. Who would ever do that as written?
Can you guys just ignore reasonable behavior and play along for a sec please? :)

Jory was going in without the spoiler--but then everyone probably knew that :-)

Consider me in...handwaving us in certainly does not offend me. :-)

I don't want to waste the liquid in case we need it again. Anyone have an empty flask or mug?

I'm back... Sorry, Sundays are rough for me to find posting time.

I bet that is the key to the cube up there which opens the door.
That halfling is nasty, he oneshots people to dead. :) Glad he's out...
Male Dwarf Barbarian Armored Hulk / 1
No kidding! Thanks, Jory...glad us dwarves got 'im and none of the stinkin too-talls
On a crit he can do 30+3d10 damage.

Raging and halfling should not be allowed together.
I'm playing a halfling titan-mauler barbarian in an all-halfling kingmaker. But he was raised by goblins.
Chopping biggins in half is fun.
M Dwarf [AC: 22(26MA); ff 19; T:21] HP=75/75 F +11/R+10/W+15 CMD 31 (32 grapple) Ki 12/12 Monk (Zen Archer)/8 Perc +18/stone +20 Darkvision 60' per strike 8/8 40' move
I am trying a halfling paladin. The weapon finesse halfling melee fighter build won't work, you just gotta suck up an pay a premium for strength.
Male Dwarf Barbarian Armored Hulk / 1
Halli never got to color spray you guys :(
Anyway, this scenario is essentially over. I'm figuring out how to do chronicle sheets. Is everyone up for part 2 or is anybody dropping out?
This is great...I'll be sticking around for part 2. Even though that halfling made me a little nervous for a minute or two...
Ledford is no joke! I know GM's who have oneshot people with him, no choice, no save, no heal possible.
F Human Cleric/1
I definitely want to continue. Thank you for running so far. :D Considering it's a new scenario, are we considered to heal fully and all, or should I roll some CLWs? Oh, and what amount of fame/prestige do we get? If it's 2, I want to use that to buy a 750 gp item (CLW wand).
Everyone will be fully healed between scenarios. You will each get 1 prestige and 417 gold for completing part 1 (at the end of part 3, everybody gets a 2nd prestige point for each of the 3 parts). You can spend money/prestige between scenarios, just make sure to take note of what you're spending for your chronicle. I'll give everybody a day to decide if they want to buy anything between parts 1 and 2; if you buy something, let me know and I'll include it on your part 1 chronicle.
For anyone who was using ammo, please do the accounting yourself on how much ammo you used up. Ammo that hit is used up, for ammo that missed, you can roll a d2 and a 2 will allow you to retrieve the ammo, on a 1 it was lost or destroyed.
All x/day or x/week powers are recharged between scenarios.
If you're leaving us, let me know in the next day or so please, so I can issue you your finalized chronicle and recruit replacements.
Male Dwarf Barbarian Armored Hulk / 1
I'm definitely in; been great so far!
I fear that this is the first PFS I've completed, so I've no idea what to do with prestige. I'll work on figuring that out...

Generally 1 is not useful, but the first thing people do when they get 2 is use it to buy a wand of cure light, and if they can't use it, hand it to the nearest person who can when they start a scenario.
Oh, if anybody will be making day job rolls, give me a roll here for the craft, profession, or perform of your choice. You can't use any buffs on that.
Male Elf Wizard - 1
Ill come for part 2, as long as limited weekend posting is ok
M Dwarf [AC: 22(26MA); ff 19; T:21] HP=75/75 F +11/R+10/W+15 CMD 31 (32 grapple) Ki 12/12 Monk (Zen Archer)/8 Perc +18/stone +20 Darkvision 60' per strike 8/8 40' move
I'm up for part 2.
I had a question after reading more into the PFS rules.
(1) Is rich parents banned by PFS?
(2) Is there a stat min for PFS characters after or before racial minimums?
In other words, Jory's extra money for gear and dumping of CHA to 5 may be fine in Pathfinder RAW but not in PFS. Please advise you PFS veterans. I may have to redo Jory to make him PFS legal.

1) I had assumed rich parents was legal because hero labs was letting me use it in PFS mode, but it's actually banned - sorry I didn't catch this before! You will need to pick a different trait and switch to a regular bow until you can buy a compound bow.
2) Stats are fine. The usual pathfinder range of 7-18 pre-racial with racial applied afterwards is fine.
F Human Cleric/1
Jory, the Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play documents what is and is not legal in tandem with the Additional Resources page.
Fighter 5 (Two-Handed), HP 48/48, AC: 20/T: 13/FF: 17, Perception +1, F: +7/ R: +4/ W: +2, CMB: +8, CMD: 20, Speed: 20, Init: +4
I am definitely in! Big time fun! This is also my first completed scenario...I strongly desire more!

Thank you Tiann--I will make him PFS legal.
Jory - just go ahead and pick a new trait, get rid of all of your equipment, and start again with 150 gold. Buy what you can from that, then credit yourself the 417 gold from part 1, and you can buy more of what you want. I suspect if you drop the potions you'd be able to afford your bow and most other stuff. Otherwise, live with a non-MW non-compound bow and sell it off when you have enough to buy the MW compound bow.
Let me know when your sheet is updated and I'll look it over again.

Is it cool if I pick up a set of field plate armor?

Ammo retrieval 1d2 ⇒ 21d2 ⇒ 11d2 ⇒ 21d2 ⇒ 21d2 ⇒ 21d2 ⇒ 1
Character is built on 150gp now.
The bow I want is 500gp, so I think I just wait.
Jake: Remember that you can only sell back your original item for half price.
Karzak: If you can afford it, you can buy any armor or weapon in the acceptable source books, in mundane, MW, or +1 without having to worry about prestige minimums or chronicle sheet item access (Guide to organized play page 24).
Jory: OK. My similar dwarf zen archer needs a +3 bow, so he's really waiting. At level 4 I'm going to +4, too :)

Considering we've completed the first scenario, can we read it without spoiling anything for the second and third? I am quite curious.
