Dora continues to inspire and attacks the grappled one, challenging it (extra +1 to hit everyone)
" Get her guys!. "
longsword: 1d20 + 9 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 9 + 2 + 1 = 20 damage : 1d6 + 3 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 3 + 2 + 2 = 13
longsword: 1d20 + 4 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 4 + 2 + 1 = 26 damage : 1d6 + 3 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 3 + 2 + 2 = 13

Dora, now fully awake and in the moment, rushes in swinging her longsword. She gets a hit in but it doesn't do much damage. Boots likewise bites her but does not damage at all, although he is able to bring her to the ground.
Initiative:
1. Shin and Desmond
2. Maelpheta
3. Shan, Geser, and Dora
Maelpheta: 91 dmg and grappled and prone
Desmond and Shan are up!

Desmond, out of his stupor, looks down at the injuries he's sustained, "That's not good." But he sees Maelpheta on the ground, grappled and surrounded, so he decides to press the attack, hoping to end this fight.
Power Attack vs. Prone AC: 1d20 + 10 + 2 + 2 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (6) + 10 + 2 + 2 + 1 - 2 = 19 So that's +1 for Dora's Challenge, +2 for Inspire Courage, +2 for Flanking - that should be everything.
Damage: 2d6 + 6 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (2, 6) + 6 + 6 + 2 = 22
EDIT: I'd like to use my Character Folio Re-roll for that attack. I'm just not sure it's enough for this one.
Character Folio Reroll Attack: 1d20 + 10 + 2 + 2 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 10 + 2 + 2 + 1 - 2 = 18
Well, that sucks. Oh well...
EDIT 2: Desmond calls out to the others, "Any chance a foolhardy guy like me could get some healing?"

I don't know how all those attacks get off being grappled, and if said attacks are going against AC or CMD. We can squawk about it should Shan get near death.
-21 hp
Confusion: 1d100 ⇒ 15
Shan maintains his senses while continuing to squeeze on the slippery snake woman with his polar palms.
Grapple for dmg vs CMD: 1d20 + 11 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 11 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 5 = 271d10 + 4 + 1d6 ⇒ (5) + 4 + (5) = 14

I accounted for the -2 attack and the -4 Dex from being grappled on all her attacks. I didn't see anything in the grappled rules that says you can't make full-attacks; you just can't use two-handed weapons. They were all natural attacks from different limbs. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though.
Desmond swings but misses Maelpheta, even though she is on the ground. Shan gives her a tight squeeze and watches as she slowly loses consciousness.
Out of combat!
How many more rounds is Shan confused? Because I think that will continue until it wears off.

A thorough search of Maelpheta’s dresser locates a secret panel behind a drawer. Inside is a folio containing the collection of lore Syrdathiel planned to sell to the Pathfinder Society, as well as a list and some unsent correspondence to other criminal groups and organizations, including the Aspis Consortium. In these letters, Maelpheta offers the sale of Syrdathiel’s collection in exchange for gold, political favors, and access to further lore. Maelpheta is interested in reselling the information after thoroughly studying it herself, or using it to manipulate and exploit other potential buyers as the Crowsworn attempted to do to the Pathfinder Society.
Returning with Syrdathiel’s collection of lore, Ambrus Valsin and Guaril Karela are pleased at their determination and initiative. They thank the team, as the collection makes many more missions possible.
Guaril sets about the process of acquiring the Glass Menagerie when it is seized and put up for sale, promising to allow the Pathfinder Society access to its smuggling potential “at a significant discount.”
You return to the Golden Serpent and discuss subsequent events with Sendeli Foxglove, she is stunned to learn that such a powerful supernatural entity was involved in what she already considered a traumatic event at her establishment. She is doubly indebted to you.
Congratulations everyone! You have completed 03-24 The Golden Serpent! I will get chronicle sheets out shortly.
I don't think it will affect anyone here but you unfortunately did not get the boon for a 7th-level spellcaster to take on a raktavarna as a familiar. The elf's shortsword (the faux-Syrdathiel) was actually a raktavarna but I don't think anyone claimed it. Furthermore, you had to kill all three rakshasas (Maelpheta and the Twins in the other room); if you don't kill all three it finds a new home with the remaining rakshasa.
I will, however, be giving everyone the "Sendeli Foxglove's Favor" boon. I encourage you to play the scenario "The Green Market", as it becomes relevant in that one (and perhaps others that I am forgetting).
