"Seems like the Aspis were in the minority through the portal. Most of the ruins were in the hands of devotees of one of the crueler deities some of which were already torturing some of the Aspis. The more monstrous of the cultists are dead. The others along with the Aspis are secure. Some more willing to answer any questions than others."
"There are some traps left behind there, all magical in nature, gonna provide a written report giving the fuller details of what they appear to do."

"The Aspis prisoners? they were actually victims in all this... Oh, and we found these documents claiming many relics were sent to various places around Varisia - KAer Maga, Magnimar, Korvosa, for example - to the sites of Lissala worship in those cities. Maybe someone should try to track those down and wrest them away from the Lissalans?"

Not caring for the particulars of magical definitions Rakenlattle responds, "It was an illusion actually, although some of the entourage was also under an enchantment. None of us managed to dismiss that either."

He utters a quick incantation at some of the notes from the temple.
"Yes of course you couldn't... otherwise you wouldn't be wasting my time by handing me these notes without dispelling the obfuscation from them. Hmm... yes... makes sense. Not bad for a bunch of Farabellus's lot. I'll send some of my students to go fix up everything you missed."
He stands up and motions towards the door. "Please don't let me detain you... it seems I'll have quite a bit of work ahead of me tracking down the rest of these relics."
He motions, rather rudely, for you to leave his office. In all honestly, there weren't many direct insults, so you suspect he was rather pleased. He showed quite a bit of interest in the list of relics, and dare you guess... astonishment and concern?
A few of his students are dispatched to clear the enchantments from the Aspis agents you rescued from the Kytons, but as the rest of them are being questioned, Lyone appears to have a little more attention. An emmisary from Taldor has been sent to collect him... it seems as though he's someone of importance to them.
In the coming days, word quickly spreads through the Society that the Ten are eager to look into this reborn ancient religion, and many venture-captains can be heard weighing among themselves the potential value of studying the ancient faith in the flesh versus the danger posed by a religion clearly favoring a return to the old ways of the Thassilonian empire.
