I will add a wish list post haste and will post a move tomorrow. I have a con this weekend and it is slowing me down.
Corentin the Younger
Made an attempt at it. I'm terrible about gear planning however and will be more than happy with anything cool/interesting. :)
Corentin the Younger
Looked through again and as far as I can tell 28 is my correct current total.

Ok, treasure post and next steps! The group will level to 6th after the clearing of the Vault of Thorns, so please make your updates accordingly.
Treasure from the vault!:
A silver morningstar with a head shaped like an rose in open bloom - (Corentin) - +1 Valiant Silver Morningstar
A sleek brown leather cloak embossed with feather shaped patterns and trimmed in brown and silver eagle feathers - (Jaghal) Eagle Cape
A small velvet pouch containing a miniature bronze griffon - (Gizsmith) Figurine of Wondrous Power, Bronze Griffon
A blackened steel greatsword with an adamantine pommel festooned with religious iconography depicting glorious images of the Lord in Iron - (Sasha) - "Gorum's Thorn" - +1 Keen Greatsword (Special Properties: When the wielder confirms a critical hit against any creature with the giant subtype, she can attempt to trip that target as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity and ignoring any size restrictions related to the target. If the trip attempt fails by 10 or more, the wielder is not knocked prone. (Note: If you'd rather this be a longsword that is fine. This is an actual special item from the AP and I didn't want to directly modify it if you were interested in it "as is")
Also in the vault are the following:
+1 ironwood breastplate, a +1 flaming scimitar, 10 +1 orc bane arrows, a single orc slaying arrow, a scroll of barkskin, a scroll of call lightning, a scroll of summon nature’s ally IV, a wand of flaming sphere (9 charges), a wand of greater magic fang (12 charges), an ironwood crown with a stylized thorn motif (worth 250 gp), a ceremonial gem-encrusted cudgel (worth 150 gp), 3 pp, 178 gp, 605 sp, and 2,125 cp.
Meanwhile, outside...
Szacha, keeping watch outside with Galor, sits and ponders all of the events since his arrival in Trunau and the long road that took him there. On a whim, he retrieves the old and battered violin that was left to him by his father, and begins to play a mournful tune upon its strings, recalling the memories of those he has lost and those in the future who might share the same fate. As he plays, the notes begin to ring with a clear and vibrant sound, and for a moment he feels as if everything is going to be ok, some of the sorrow from his heart lifted and a new sense of purpose filling his soul.
(The family violin has been enhanced by Szacha's experience and exposure to magical energies and forces. It now can act as a Harp of Shattering with the same benefits and restrictions as the associated magical item.)

Uh-oh...Jaghal is going to be THAT kind of deity ;)
Jaghal
You didn't see the half of it. You've never noticed his "cause fear" spell...
MUA HA HA HA!
I forgot to mention, I would like to swap my Lay of the Land for Spiritual Weapon, since I'm now back with the party and the hunter pretty much guides us in the proper direction. I can swap one spell on even levels, so I don't think that would be a problem, but it never hurts to ask.
Gizsmith Glitterbyte
Sorry for the delay, I'm a little swamped at the moment. I'll try to update Giz shortly and feel free to bot if I'm holding things up.

I wanted to let you all know I'll be on vacation next week. I expect to have access so should still be posting but it might be a bit more sporadic than usual.
Corentin the Younger
Hi all,
Still digging out from being away last week. I'll try and get a post up tonight, tomorrow morning the latest. Sorry for the delay.
Gizsmith Glitterbyte
I find that planning works better ooc:
If we rest, I have enough 2nd level spell slots to cast invisibility on everybody. It will only last 6 minutes though, and it will severely diminish Giz's ability to contribute to any fights inside.
Still doesn't help us get over the wall though.
Corentin the Younger
Sorry busy day at the office again. I'll get posting this afternoon.
Gizsmith Glitterbyte
So the plan is to some how get to the sewer pipe. Any ideas of how we are going to bypass the wooden wall?
Should someone create a distraction? Giz could summon his griffon cast invisibility on both of them. Fly in and summon a bunch of creatures to create a distraction on the opposite side of the camp. This would probably rouse the keep though.
Alternatively, we try to do this stealthily.
Jaghal
I think some provoking between the orcs would do the trick. You know, those we see in the movies, throw a rock at the back of an Ogre where there is another one pretending he did nothing? A fight would not be alarming, but would still be a distraction.

I love that idea, but the thrower would appear...
Corentin the Younger
I agree with the idea of a "moderate" distraction. We don't need them going on full alert just moving away from the section we're interested in while we cross the moat. A brawl, small fire, local wildlife, etc.
Jaghal
Mage Hand is indeed close range. Perhaps we can cut off an Orc's head and throw it (eagle mode) near some camp with some kind of teasing word written in it, like "pussy" or traitor or whatever. You know, to instigate them against the others.
Gizsmith Glitterbyte
I'm just glad we didn't get pooped on, though that would have been hilarious.
Corentin the Younger
I wouldn't call it so much a plan as much as "Ah! We're 10 feet down a latrine and a giant is looking down at us...say something quick!" moment :)
I must say though that there's no way that giant had any idea what he was in for when he looked down that hole (so far a pair of spells, some crazy guy yelling at him and a halfling staring arrows into his eye :)
GM Captain Trips
Notice to all, I am going to be away for GenCon and a pre-GenCon long weekend trip, and will not be posting from this Friday until August 9th when I return. Hopefully we can tie a bow around this combat before then and we will leave off at that point.
So kill this thing already! :)
Hopefully some of you all will be at GenCon this year and we can get a chance to meet up!
Gizsmith Glitterbyte
No worries.
FYI, I will be away until Thursday, so feel free to bot Giz, if I am holding things up.
