Jaggar cuts down the guard captain with his first attack and then proceeds to show off by ensuring the man's death, scaring the already intimidated guards to flee.
At the first sign of the fight, it seems that all of the slaves and workers have fled as well. It is a ghost town of tents and a single wooden building in the center.
Seriously, you butchered him and his guards are like level 2 fighters.

"Well... maybe this place should've hired more of those flying devils. These fellows weren't worth their weight in copper now, were they?"
Maaarv searches the bodies for anything useful. After the searching, he suggests searching the wooden building in the center of the camp.

"Well, I wish that guy hadn't have been so quick to draw weapons...maybe we can try to proceed more nicely from now on? I feel bad for him," Alie adds, looking down at the disembowled commander.
"The center of the camp seems like as good a place to look as any."

"We warned him." Mathais says as he taps himself with his wand

"He shouldn't have been so ... stubborn..."
And then for good measure, Mathais taps himself a few more times with his wand

Looking down at the corpse, Mathais heaves a sigh then says "After all, it's not like we started it. We did warn him we would end him..."

Maaarv arches an eyebrow at Mathais and Jaggar. "Alright, I'll take the lead. I mean, if nobody else wants to accommodate our new arrival."
Maaarv drinks another extract of shield and also drinks his mutagen which allows him to be a little more lithe, but also a little more foolhardy.
He then steps up to the door and opens it, entering the building boldly.
EDIT: AC, Touch, FF, Ref, Will, Perc and Initiative mods have all changed. Changes are reflected in my statblock runner. Extract lasts 70 minutes. Shield lasts 7 minutes.

As Maaarv bursts into the room, he sees piles of excavated earth litter the ground. A vast chasm, a jagged wound into the plateau, reveals a long shaft that drops into the pillar’s core. In the middle of the open room, a rickety scaffold clings against the chasm’s edge winding its way down into darkness. A rail system runs atop the scaffold and mine carts wait to descend into unknown depths. Lanterns swing from high beams creating shadows that dance admist the loose dirt. Armed workers expeditiously load the carts while following orders bellowed by a beautiful woman with a simple bronze trinket coiled in a snake motif dangling from a silver chain on her lithe neck.
The woman sees the Pathfinders and snaps her fingers. "Brighton and Jameson! Protect our retreat! The rest with me!" She hops in a cart with four of the men while the other two draw heavy maces. She pulls a lever and the cart hurtles down the track. You see two other carts nearby.

Jaggar moves into the room and positions himself in front of the others as a defensive bulwark...He looks at Brighton and Jameson and growls..."Stand down or lose the right to breath. I have no desire to kill you but will not lose sleep over it either. Drop your weapons or be run through to the hilt!"

The guards seem off put, but something steels their resolve.
Demoralized.
She casts a spell and a bright splash of glitter coats the Pathfinders.
DC 14 Will Save or be blinded for six rounds.
The two guards charge the shiny aggressors, but their maces have no effect on against their defenses.

The woman yells at the men in the cart. "Hurry up, you imbecile, or I will fry your whole family and the town they live in!"
The men push off the cart and jump in like it is a bobsled with one of the men driving.

Mathais laughs off the dust, and runs to grab Alie and and throw her in the cart. "I've got the gnome, somebody else get Maaarv!" Mathais says with probably more caution than is due.

Jaggar hefts Alie over his shoulder and carries her to the cart. He gently puts her down in the cart and then climbs in, seeking to be in the front. "Who is driving?"

Mathais moves back and hoists Alie on his shoulders as she flees blindly from the enemies.
Mathais moves to the cart with Alie and sets her down. Jaggar does the same with Maaarv.
Jarlgur gets an action this round before the bad guys go once more. If you want the cart to go, then Ride check are needed to make it go and to make it go faster. You can make the cart move by spending a Standard action on a Ride check, then Ride checks to maintain as free actions and Ride checks to speed up as Standards. You can aid the Ride check as a Standard action.

Jarlgur hops in the cart and tosses Guidance on Jaggar as the half-orc quickly starts to piece together how to pilot the iron contraption.

Not really. Kind of?
You catch glimpses of your prey through air shafts in the mine, however they are travelling much faster than you and casting a spell or using ranged weaponry would be nearly impossible.
Jaggar keeps the cart from jostling on the tracks and Maaarv deduces that a section of track you can see clearly through the cave system is likely where your mine carts are headed.

So, is this like Temple of Doom minecarts where the tracks are on scaffolds over voids or lava or anything? My idea would be to try and target scaffold or other track support (if possible)"
