Looks like Brewslee's token is in the wrong spot. He used his guisarme against the bugbear, which is a reach weapon and would require him to be 5' NE from his current location, which should place Mu in Brewslee's current spot.

If I follow correctly the Red zombie is gone, and only bugbear exists? If so my action makes sense, if not, just use the attack only vs the Red zombie.

Seeing that the bugbear is the only remaining foe, Malachite moves forward 15' and launches himself at the Bugbear Zombie, trying to put a big bear hug on the undead monstrosity, so the rest of the wise masters have an easier time dispatching the abomination.

Move Action to advance 15' dropping Temple Sword as he comes. Standard action to grapple attempt the zombie, with Improved Grapple so no AoO.

Not that it matters at present, but if the bugbear is indeed grappled, it would take a -2 penalty on all attacks, except trying to break the grapple. It also can't take AoO's, and suffers a -4 to DEX.

Round 3

Stoked at his successful grapple of the bugbear zombie, Malachite keeps up the pressure, pinning the zombie, making it unable to move.

"Now good sirs, if you would finish this thing off for me, I would be forever grateful!"

Grapple Check, +5 bonus for controlling: 1d20 + 5 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 + 5 = 24

Pinned condition:
Pinned: A pinned creature is tightly bound and can take few actions. A pinned creature cannot move and is denied its Dexterity bonus. A pinned character also takes an additional –4 penalty to his Armor Class. A pinned creature is limited in the actions that it can take. A pinned creature can always attempt to free itself, usually through a combat maneuver check or Escape Artist check. A pinned creature can take verbal and mental actions, but cannot cast any spells that require a somatic or material component. A pinned character who attempts to cast a spell or use a spell-like ability must make a concentration check (DC 10 + grappler's CMB + spell level) or lose the spell. Pinned is a more severe version of grappled, and their effects do not stack.

Correct, but you also take a -2 to AC since you take the -4 to Dex as well. So I just ignore the penalties to both sides. Makes it easier to type.

If we can coupe de grace a pinned creature I'll do that. If not, slash slash.

Shu slashes into the bugbear again, aiming for something vital.

Pinned creature isn't given the helpless condition, thus no coup de grace. Honestly, I should probably spell out the grappled effects as a GM. Would help everyone understand what happens during a grapple instead of taking shortcuts.

Malachite sweeps the leg of the bugbear zombie, sending it crashing to the ground. Old Shu pounces on top of the beast and cuts off its head with his dagger, reducing the lumbering creature to grave dust.

Shu downs an Elixir of "I See Better" and examines the doorways for traps as the group continues to move towards back stage. Shu determines the doorway doesn't have any traps and the group opens up into a room that is oddly devoid of corpses. Also, calling BS on this encounter. How did they sneak up behind us? How could they know where we were? I don't think we could have passed them without one of us (particularly Shu) noticing. It's starting to seem like any precautions we take don't matter.

Roving band of sneaky Zyphan killers. They didn't know you were here. They are just supposed to hit you before you go underground and this was the last area before that. They snuck up behind you, so your precautions were good, just not good enough for this encounter.

Quint brandishes her heavy pick and laughs as Shu moves behind Gob. These non-believers shall be struck down quickly it looks like, boys! Bring Zyphan fury down on their heads!

Hearing a thud followed by a broken vial, Mu says to the others, ”Is that Blewsree again?!”, he shakes his head,”-glass hopah.”. Mu whips out his sectional staff leaps onto the crates, bringing cane death down upon the dead.

Mage Armor+ Def Fight+ sansetsukon block= AC24

Acro: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23
Sansetsukon on blue zombie, high ground: 1d20 + 6 - 4 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 6 - 4 + 1 = 14 >>damage: 1d10 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

Black border is Quint. Pink border is the nobleman who has been with you for like two combats. You should recognize the icon... It's Barley...

Sorry if I hadn't updated my profile, but Mal is still under the effect of Mage Armor from Gob, so his FF AC would be 18, causing the attack below to miss. If you want me to take the damage anyway (since my profile wasn't correct), or if the Mage Armor has expired, I will.

Surprised by the appearance of the half-orc cultists, ducks the first blow. He attacks the Blue cultist with a flurry of unarmed blows, but fails to come close to connecting...

Mal then takes a 5' step backwards, hoping to draw one of the cultists into a flanking trap with the rest of the party.

Flurry 1: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
Flurry 2: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

@Malachite: Sounds good. Keep your short profile updated for me though, if you don't mind. It is what I use to find your AC and HP and such.

Mu leaps up and stands over the unconscious form of Brewslee and lashes out at the half-orc cultist not zombie but his sansekuton bounces off of the man's armor.

Action Readied: Malachite tries to strike the same man with his temple sword, but misses the man entirely, chopping into a box of clown masks. He then takes a step back to let others in.

Breslee continues to bleed out as he scraps himself sliding down the now slightly broken crate, smacking his head onto the hard floor below.

I actually have some pretty decent AC. Bold's dice are just better :) hehe.
