As Seherab looks around the room, he hears a scuttling from behind the altar. From around the sides come two tan-colored creatures that look like a ten-legged spiders with oversized jaws that grind together slowly beneath beady eyes!

"Attack that nasty insect over there," he commands the snake, pointing at the creature that bit Teos.

Seherab puts his sword away and dusts himself off. "How many healing resources do we have? Teos and I are hurt. I know a healing elixir I could make for myself but I think I have exhausted my resources for the day."
Seherab will take a look around the room more closely.

Ok, now for this description
The party heads out of the chamber and Teos opens the western door. A flight of steps gradually descends to the west down this passage. Halfway down the stairs, small holes and burrowed tunnels riddle what remains of the passage’s southern wall. Earth and sand have spilled over the collapsed masonry, covering the stairs with dirt and rubble. Stone doors engraved with a golden scarab, its wings open beneath a golden sun,
stand at either end of the stairs.

"Well, let's be careful of that wall there - doesn't look like it's too stable."
Harkuf takes a couple steps ahead of Teos, keeping to the north side of the stairs. But he tries to get a look at the area.

Teos points at Seherab and flaps his fingers together, mimicing moving lips. He grimaces in concentration, squats and writes in the dirt Earth Speak?

Seherab nods to Teos and clears his throat. He is obviously not used to this. Speaking in Terran he says, "Ah. . . hello. I am Seherab. These are my companions Teos, Harkuf, and Ankhef. We mean you no harm."
