Poog, having lost all thought about his own safety, and going ballistic on the boar, pulls out the dog slicer and attacks...

The boar slayed has on him, 2 more fire gourds. You are now free to approach the farm house however you like.

Chuffy hands the both gourds to Mogmurch and Poog, then pats Squeely while saying "Squeely, wesa gotta be real sneaky-like now ok? No be noisy"

Reta goes and picks up all the loot that was under the boat. LET'S GO UP THE STAIRS. WHAT DO WE DO WITH SQUEELY? Also hands the crossbow to Chuffy and the brown scroll to Poog. Keeping the potion for herself.

As you approach the farmhouse, you can clearly see the structure. The house is built on stilts about 10-15ft off the ground, there is some hay under it. There is stairs leading directly to the entrance of the first floor. The second floor has a large window next the roof first floor roof, and second floor roof has a large chimney looking thing.
The farmhouse is built so that climbing it is very friendly.

Reta hands the potion to mogmurch. maybe he will have luck with it. Reta will check the hay and see if there is something of interest there. Sneaking up to it stealthily.

Poor follows Reta to the hay bewildered, and not really knowing what he's doing. Whatcha find here?

Reta backs away slowly from the owlbear and its eggs. Reta will check inspect the front door for any traps and the such.

Reta does not find any traps on the front door.

Chuffy licks a scab on his lips, thinking on how best to proceed with this suicidal venture before addressing all the goblins "Okie guys. Missa try sneak in grab some eggs. If owlbear angry, missa gonna run out the back while yousa guys distract da owlbear from the front. Okeeday?"

Mogmurch nods. "Chuffy be careful. Owlbearses will munch him, scabs and all."

Go ahead and roll stealth, and perform in event stealth fails!

Chuffy gulps, takes a deep breathe then proceeds to sneak into the owlbear's den to steal some eggs! As he stealthily moves forward he keeps a watchful eye out for any valuables or traps.

sneak: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (11) + 18 = 29
perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12

Should he reach the eggs without incident, he then proceeds to take a couple of eggs and leave quietly
sleight of hand: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18
sneak: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (8) + 18 = 26

Chuffy the rogue goblin, clearly knows his way around sneaking. He enters the hay and becomes one with the hay, heck, even the other goblins don't know where he's gone. The owlbear hears some rustling in the hay and takes a look.

perception: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15

But clearly this owlbear is somewhat blinded for being in the dark too long.

In a blink of an eye, Chuffy emerges back with his allies, with an egg in hand!

Chuffy emerges with an owlbear egg in hand. "Hey lookies guys! Meesa got da eggsies!"

He then takes the time to ensure that it is packed carefully among his belongings so that it won't get damaged. "Okeeday boys, time to enter da house"

Chuffy carefully walks up to the house and seeing that Reta has not yet been horribly mangled by any traps, attempts to open the door and peek inside

"Good job Chuffy! You tell me who wez gotta kill, and me hit em with the fire"

Reta will sneak and peek into the room, looking for any traps and the situation of the room.

The door moves slightly, and makes a jerking noise, but it seems the Goblins ain't strong enough with that first push. Will the Goblins try another time?

The floor of this filthy chamber is made of rough floorboards. Numerous gaps between them show a dark space below the building. A large pile of furs and straw is heaped to the south, and a huge trap door sits in the very center of the room. To the west, a single ill-fitting door hangs askew on a single hinge.

As you enter into the room, the noise from the door forcing open has attracted some unwanted attention... of... a Ferret! But this ferret is almost as big as you. It looks intent on killing unwanted guest.

Chuffy enters the room, standing on the right of Reta. He gasps at the giant ferret, and quickly grabs a fire-breathing gourd and belches a cone of fire at the ferret!

Reta, Poog, and Chuffy, with the strength of a 1000goblins behind them take out the beast almost instantly. Mogmurch didn't even have time to react! But before they can celebrate their victory they hear the door on the west of the room rustle."spike? Spike? What's all that noise? says a rather coarse but feminine voice.

What do you do?

Mogmuch whips out a bomb and eyes the door. "Is you an ogre? Da Birdcruncher Tribe has come to chew all youse up!"

Chuffy quietly moves to the middle of the room, preparing another fire-breathing gourd to blast whoever opens the door

Don't see Mogmurch on the map? Also what is the F symbol on the map? Chuffy wouldn't unnecessarily expose his back to an attack
