A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1–5.
Beneath the Grand Lodge of Absalom lie the vaults, a series of storerooms and libraries that contain much of the Society’s findings from the past centuries. Cataloguing the sundry relics and texts takes time, and finds requiring closer study find their way to an extensive vault called the Overflow Archives. Soon after a pair of initiates sneaks into the archive and steals a few items on a dare, the complex inexplicably springs a leak. It is up to the PCs to investigate this strange phenomenon and put a stop to it before thousands of priceless documents are ruined forever.
Content in “The Overflow Archives” also contributes directly to the ongoing storyline of the Dark Archive faction.

Hello, all! I'm looking for a few patient PbPers to accompany me through my first time GMing a PFS scenario. I'm hoping to run this in the 1-2 subtier, but if interest is high for the 4-5 subtier, that's what it'll be. I currently have six slots available, and will be taking the first six to give me to following information in whichever tier fills first:
Player's forum handle:
Character name:
PFS#:
Race/Class(es)/Level(s):
Faction:
Any special rules, boons, or corner cases you need to let me know about:
A one or two-sentence blurb about your character:
____________________________________________________________________
A few notes: I'll try my best to post at least once per day, but things have been busy for me this fall/winter, so I may miss one here and there. This is not for the PbP Gameday, since I don't think we can finish before the date with Thanksgiving coming as well.

Oh, I'm all over this! My character is actually a Dark Archive librarian, so I'm dying to play this one.
Player's forum handle: gleamingterrier
Character name: Aldur Sanvell
PFS#: 158431-1
Race/Class(es)/Level(s): Half-elf (wildborn) investigator (empiricist) 3
Faction: Dark Archive
Any special rules, boons, or corner cases you need to let me know about: The only unusual thing of note is a trained riding dog I use as a pack animal.
A half-elf investigator in the service of the Dark Archive, Aldur is a librarian, who just happens to wield a rapier and specialize in dirty tricks. When asked what kind of librarian he is, Aldur simply shrugs and says "Acquisitions."
Ysmero |
Player's forum handle: Xynen
Character name: Ysmero
PFS#: 186188-6
Race/Class(es)/Level(s): Nagaji Monk (Unchained) 1
Faction: Silver Crusade
Any special rules, boons, or corner cases you need to let me know about: Nope
A one or two-sentence blurb about your character:
Ysmero is a dim and crass Nagaji that, when stranded in Absalom, was quickly taken by the Silver Crusade's desire to bring good to the world. He follows this ideology with a zealot like nature, though his interpretation of 'good' is often misinformed by his limited intelligence.
Finalizing some work on his sheet before I update the profile, but he's registered and good to go.

@Awenydd: I realized where I know you from, I think. I'm Ranna. Sorry those RotRL games didn't work out. As for Flaxseed, I don't really think I'll need to. We'll be filled by this afternoon, most likely.
1. Aldur Sanvell, Half-Elf Investigator 3
2. Orophin Telemnarn, Aasimar Life Oracle 3
3. Senach Slane, Nagaji Paladin 1
4. Stonegrin Strongale, Dwarf Bloodrager 1
5. Ysmero, Nagaji Unchained Monk 1
6. Open
One slot remains! Something arcane or ranged would be wonderful; it's a melee-fest! But! I did say the first six, so if it's melee, it's melee.

Few words about my character: I missed this earlier!
Senach Slane is a GM credit baby, so has not been played yet. I look forward to seeing how he develops! I have never played a paladin before, so this will be interesting getting to know him. Off the cuff, I picture him as the classic strong and chivalrous type, rushing to the forefront of the conflict against Evil. It will be fun seeing what quirks he develops.

Well, I'm glad we're going to try again, then! My life situation was out of control this summer, and things had to give. It's better now.
I've opened Discussion. All five of you can certainly join it. I'll keep Gameplay closed until we've filled.
1. Aldur Sanvell, Half-Elf Investigator 3

3. Senach Slane, Nagaji Paladin 1
4. Stonegrin Strongale, Dwarf Bloodrager 1
5. Ysmero, Nagaji Unchained Monk 1

Chup "Spoony" Spooner |
Player's forum handle: Headfirst
Character name: Chup "Spoony" Spooner
PFS#: 57676-4
Race/Class(es)/Level(s): Halfling Bard 1
Faction: Grand Londge
Any special rules, boons, or corner cases you need to let me know about: The classic "helpful" halfling build.
A one or two-sentence blurb about your character: Chup hails from a very large family and always seems to have relevant stories to tell about his kin. He's really excited to finally be a Pathfinder, as it gives him the opportunity to get out and see the world.
