Friend Ingra, don't go into the water alone while wearing armor. If someone needs rescuing I can get them out with magic.
Lavode looks around to try and see who Ingra is after perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Can I tell that Ingra is affected by magic or do I think she is really trying to rescue someone?

Pai and Lizard peer into the lake but do not see what has attracted the dwarf's attention.

They see the Pegasus from ~90' away. (still have an action before it closes).
Ingra walked towards the lake.
Rysalius casts a spell to bolster his defenses and stows his wand.
(After Pai-Song's action, unless she delays) The large winged horse flaps its wings and heads straight towards the party. It lands on the path just in front of the group.
However, as the creature grows closer, you see that the pegasus is covered in deep wounds and dried blood.

In addition to the normal benefits of Enlarge Person Ingra's hide also grows tougher, granting a +1 bonus to natural armor.
Kuraishimo will follow that up with a Rime Snowball at the pegasus.
touch attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
Cold Damage: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 6, 5) = 17 & Entangled for 1 round.
The Kuraishimo will 5ft step close to Ingra and ask: "What do you see in the lake, do you need my rope?"

Rysalius walks up to Ingra, and hands her a phial of clear liquid.
By all means, if you're to save someone from drowning, drink this potion, it'll allow you to swim like a fish.
In other words, Rysalius offers her a Potion of Touch of the Sea so that she doesn't drown due to her incapacity to swim.

Lavode tries to get a better look at the pegasus' condition.
Do the wounds look fatal? Meaning it is some sort of undead Pegasus. Or does it look like it just won a tough fight but is still a living creature?
If you want it heal: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Then Lavode readies a burning hands spell in case it is attacking and comes within range so that he can hit it and not his companions.

Ingra grows to about 9' tall, but continues her walk to the lake.
Kuraishimo hurls a ball of ice at the winged horse, hitting it square and knocking feathers and some bones from the creature.
Lavode readies to cast burning hands after seeing the creature struck by the snowball.
Pai Song and Lizard are up...

Since Pai said she was unavailable, I will ready her and lizard for an attack...unless Pai is able to post.
Ingra (9' tall) strides into the lake to a depth up to her waist(would have been over her head at normal size.
Rysalius tries to catch the large, slow moving dwarf...but will have to swim to catch her now.

The winged horse, now entangled in the ice slowly moves towards the party, trying to get to Kuraishimo in revenge for the snowball throw.

Kuraishimo will 5ft step back and concentrate and attempt to stop Ingra's descent into the water.

Rysalius wades into the water and makes the (hopefully) dazed Ingra drink the potion.

Since it is easily in range, Lavode flames the un-natural thing with fire (Unless Kurashimo steps in the way).

Then steps back (5' step directly away from it).
Wow! That was lousy rolls!

Kuraishimo casts a spell and Ingra stops moving forward into the lake while still only waist deep (no swim needed yet).
Lavode unleashes a blast of flame that catches the winged horse and its feathers burst into flame. It screeches not in pain but in frustration it will not feast on Kuraishimo's brains as it falls over.

After the Pegasus falls, you see what appears to be a woman or elf rise from the water and scream
"Noooooooo, I will not be denied my feast."
Her webbed hands lash out at the dazed dwarf...one fist landing on the dwarf...trying to pull Ingra under, but she is too large.

Kuraishimo will move up and take cover from the rocky outcropping before firing a pair of blue beams from his eyes at the foul creature.

Yes. As soon as I see something out there attacking Ingra, I think it is reasonable to assume that it is involved and should be stopped.

A shapless mass of water rises up and rushes toward the female striking Ingra.
Summoned small water elemental arrives 35' from Lavode. and charges the enemy. Note: I can't see the map at work. If a charge is not possible due to positioning, it should still have plenty of movement to get there. The attack roll will just be 1 lower.
slam attack: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27, if hit slam damage: 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8
Then Lavode moves to within 10' of the shore line.

Pai casts daze of the creature in the water.
The creature appears to be fey, and unaffected by the daze.
Kuraishimo sends out another set of Magic Missile at it...causing it to shiek again.

Lavode completes his spell opening a portal to the plane of water...a creature charges the attacker and hits with a watery slam.

The creature withdraws into the depths of the lake, no longer visible on the surface.
Ingra steps forward and within a couple strides is completely submerged.
