The shop is just down the street and then into the street to the right. It is a nice building with a store front, an office, a storage room and a privy. The former inhabitants are packing their belongings in boxes and put them on a cart. The sign over the shop window reads 'Ben & Jerry Arts'. They are packing paintings and little statues.

"I'm not sure but I don't think so. We will sell stuff we find while we're on adventures for the Pathfinder Society. And if we have some extra time I might create some potions. That wouldn't be competition, or would it?" Gwenhwyfar asks worried.
Lini, owner of Everything Magic
"Yes it would." Lini replies and furrows her brow. "I deal in all kinds of magic items and alchemical potions. The most things of worth coming from adventurers are magical items. If you forget about that shop of yours I'll offer you better prices for your goods if you simply sell them to me. Let's say I buy them at 60%" Lini suggests.
Lini, owner of Everything Magic
"How much stuff are we talking about? Even if you bring in stuff worth thousands of platinum it probably won't fill a single shelf." Lini asks. "As for the business model. If you don't need the money in an instant I can offer you to take everything on comission and if I sell it, I get 10% and you the rest. If not you get your stuff back."
which you will then not be able to sell for half price in whole Magnimar.

I'll roll some dice to see if someone buys it with a modification based on the kind of stuff. Lenses of Detection going easier than Golem Bane Scarabs. You will make more money than selling half price but later. Which helps prevent you to become too rich. As for later you would have higher wealth anyway. The details I'd have to think about a bit.

I have a convention I need to get up for in like 6 hours. So I need to head to sleep. I wasn't planning on a fancy magic item shop only, more of a general purpose store and such. Sell some potions and some art, and general antiques and the like. Have a a decent manager with decent appraise and diplomacy and buy stuff to sell later in the shop and the like. I am talking something along the lines of like 10 gp a week, something that Gwen and Jimmy can easily live off of.
Good night
I will read up on the downtime rules in my free time tomorrow :)

Down the street comes a open carriage drawn by two horses driven by a man wearing a top hat and a tailcoat. The carriage stops in front of the shop.
A corpulent man in fine clothes gets out of the carriage and observes the clearing of the shop. He then starts to inspect the shop and argues with the other two guys, probably Ben and Jerry about damages at the building. Finally he gets loud "Get out you useless folk. No money to pay the rent. No money to pay the damage. Investing in this s*%*ty neighbourhood was a big mistake."
Ben and Jerry duck their heads and hurriedly pull their cart down the street.

Back a Heidmarch Manor

Tauriell sits at the table and counts out the coins. Three stacks of 17pp and two of 18pp. She then remembers the pouch with the 232gp in one of the side bags of her backpack.
She pours them out and makes five stacks of 40gp. She then adds 10 gp to each of the smapper pp stacks. The remaining two she weighs in her hand and thinks about what to do with them. She sighs, and puts them on the table. She then bags her share of the coins.
That done she walks over to the meeting house to see if she can find out where this basalt statue from the vision is standing.

She already knows it's the Lady's Light but she wants to refresh her knowledge in the Library.
Tauriell
"I'm going to look up a rather impressing monument we're going to visit soon." Tauriell explains while searching through the libraries entry. "Do you know the lady's light?"
Tauriell
Tauriell mumbles the index on the card the Lady's Light references. "M3.2, M3.2"
"Yes. The next shard is there."
"M3.2, M3.2" she continues while walking along the shelves and checking their labels. "Here it is. M2-M3.8" Walking into the aisle her finger slides over the shelf followed by her eyes until she grabs a large tome. "The Mushfens. Here we will find it." Carrying the tome to a reading corner she places it on the table and starts flipping through the pages.

"I'm sorry, but I don't know that. I'm sure Mrs. Heidmarch knows." she says remembering the drawing in Mrs. Heidmarch's notes but not the details.
Tauriell
"Why is that? I'm sure she will tell us." Tauriell replies.
Finally she finds what she searches for. "Oh great. We have to go through the mushfens. Which means either walking for days through the swamp or rowing along the chaotic waterways even longer. Do you like mosquitoes and boggards?" Tauriell asks.
"Or we would have to find some captain who is willing to bring us there from the sea side."
Tauriell
"I guess that will be an unanimous vote. Just the ships captain could be a problem. The region is not too ship friendly. Look at the map. It has several shelves around the peninsula where the monument stands." Tauriell explains lining them out with her finger on the map.
Tauriell
"I'm a professional sailor. Jimmy too. If you have saved up enough to buy a ship we surely get it there. We might be not good enough to not sink it there. But at least we will get there." Tauriell jokes.
Tauriell
"Wanna come to Mrs. Heidmarch. We could ask her about the next shard and if she has some contacts that would get us a passage on a ship." Tauriell suggests closing the book.
Tauriell
Tauriell walks to the Manor house and knocks. As Margaret opens she asks "Hello Margaret. We'd like to talk to Mrs. Heidmarch. We'd have some questions about our next target and if she can arrange a ship passage to the Lady's Light."
Margaret - Personal Assistant
After a few minutes Margaret comes back to the door. "Miss Tauriell." and as she has her attention she adds "Mrs. Heidmarch will see what she can do about the passage. Besides that there will be a meeting tomorrow afternoon in the meeting house. Please make sure all members of Mrs Gwenhwyfar's team are present at 4 PM sharp." She then waits if there are any questions.
Tauriell
"Yes I see. You're a poor misunderstood girl." Tauriell says and pats Niamh on her head. "Thank you again Margaret. We will be there tomorrow at four. Good bye."
She then takes Niamh with her to the guest house. "We probably should really see to finding a house for us. This one is to small anyway. Then you could paint your room whatever you want. And if you're good at it I would allow you to paint mine too."
