"I don't know. Why can't I simply ignore Tauriell's teasing?" Gwenhwyfar asks. "How are your ribs by the way."
"They are fine. How is your elbow?" Jimmy says with a kind smile
"I'm a complete failure. I can't even punch ribs any more." Gwenhwyfar jokes playing fake drama. "If that continues I hope at least my beauty remains so I can be the damsel in distress." She holds the back of her hand at her forehead whispers "Oh no!" and falls 'unconscious' into the grass.
As jimmy is still holding her other hand as she falls so does he in an overly dramatic fashion, "Oh dear, I seem to have fallen and I can't get up. I guess I will just have to lie here nexty to this beautiful damsel."
Opening a half eye she protests "Hey that's not fair. You're not going to steal my hero when he comes along."
"So what do you suggest I do? Play the monster so the hero has to be tested before he can claim you?"
"Ok, I give up. You play the damsel in distress better than I do. I'm going to save you."
She picks Jimmy up from the grass and carries him back to the house.
"Put me down you brute!" Jimmy wails in mock distress
"Don't make your saving harder than it has to be Miss Damsel." Walking into the house and trying to look badass she asks "I found a damsel in distress outside. Where do we put them?"
Tauriell spits the beef over the table laughing. "The good looking ones you take to your bed to receive the 'reward'. The ugly ones we drown in the pond."
"Ok." Gwenhwyfar replies turning around taking Jimmy outside again.
Tauriell falls over backward with her chair laughing and can't stop doing so.
"Do we have some corn here?" Abomentolor asks. "I'd make some popcorn."
"Don't you know who I am?" Jimmy shrieks. "DONT YOU DARE THROW ME IN THE POND!"
Gwenhwyfar drops Jimmy. She also falls down on the ground and holds her belly laughing. As she calmed down she replies "I don't think I know who you are. The sugar princess and you're afraid you'd dissolve?"
"My cotton candy hair! Please don't destroy my cotton candy hair!"
"You're trying to kill me. I'm laughing myself to death." Gwenhwyfar presses out between laughs.
"Why would the fair damsel wish such upon her rescuer? You do insult me sir."
"If you don't stop I'm going to buy a pink dress and put you in it." Gwenhwyfar threatens Jimmy between laughs.
"It is so nice to see you laugh, but that threat is just a bit too much for me to risk." Jimmy says grinning
"Thank you." she replies catching her breath. "But let that be a lesson to you. Even being the damsel in distress has it's hardships!"
Abomentolor walk to the door to get a better view. Turning back to Tauriell he says "It's back to the usual romance novel now. Boring."
"What shall we do until they are back to do some adventuring?"
"How about you shoo Niam out of bed so she goes to buy some breakfast?" Tauriell suggests.
"I never said it didn't my love."
"Come sit with me here to enjoy the sun a little bit more." Gwenhwyfar replies as she sits up and leans at the tree.
"No problem." Abomentolor replies. "I just send Brutus in." He gets the dos out of his room and leads him to Niamh's. Opening the door he says "She will feed you. Go."
Brutus runs into the bed in his excitement. He sits down and starts whining at Niamh.
Niamh puts her fiddle down onto the bed and jumbs off. "Brutus! Nice to see you. Come hepp. You are hungry right?" She looks up and sees Abomentolor standing in the door and adds "It looks like you're not the only one."
"Yes, you're right. We are hoping you will organize some breakfast. Preferably that delicious apple pie." Abomentolor replies.
Niamh packs her fiddle into the case and stands up. "Come on Brutus. We're going to see if our breakfast is away or if it's still driving in this street." She walks to the gate and searches with her eyes the delivery boy.
The delivery boy puts the white blanket on his cart. He starts his way out of the park whistling. Coming to the gate a small figure with long fair hair and a big red hat stands in the way. "Would you please let me pass?" the delivery boy asks Niamh.
"Would you please sell me ten buns and an apple pie before?" Niamh asks smiling.
The delivery boy sighs "Of course." He flips back the blanket and takes the apple pie out of the cart. "Two silver please."
Niamh hands him the money out and takes the apple pie. "Do you like your job?"
"I like it more if I only have to deliver at the planned places." He takes the buns and stacks them carefully on top of the pie. With a broad smile he says "Have a nice day. And maybe bring a basket next time." He then takes his cart and hurries off.
"Thank you, you too." Niamh shouts while balancing into the house, Brutus is walking next to her.
"Breakfast is delivered."
"Yay." Abomentolor shouts. He gets the dishes on the table for all seven.
Niamh cuts a big piece of apple cake for Brutus and feeds him.
"Hey, why does the dog get cake before I get?" Abomentolor complains.
"Because your dog is cute and you are not!" Niamh replies.
"Hrmpf." Abomentolor grumbles and cuts a piece for himself.
"I missed your prayer time this morning, I am sorry." Jimmy says to Gwen
"I mostly wouldn't notice you anyway. I'm happy if you're with me for honoring Sarenrae by watching the sun rise." Gwenhwyfar replies.
"Then I am happy to sit with you." Jimmy says sitting next to her, leaning against the tree with his arms around her
Tauriell grabs a bun to eat with the beef. "Life is wonderful here. Why are we crouching into this dark hole again?"
From high in the sky sweeps a hawk down in the park manoeuvring through the trees and into the house. It lands on the spine of the oxen and starts feeding on it "Screee!"
"To tell heroic stories!" Niamh says with an enthusiastic voice.
"I rather like it in the dungeon. I can throw my fire around and burn everything down and no one complains." Abomentolor excitedly objects. "Well, almost nobody." he adds conscience-stricken.
"You know what it will cost you, if that happens again." Tauriell replies a grave look on her face.
"If what happens again?" Niamh asks nobody specific.
